Very deceptive pricing, be ready to argue with the person at the register. You kinda get used to not getting the sale price after a while, but Black Friday was my last time shopping in this store....50% off signs blanketed across the store and every rack but not a single item purchased was on sale. Just shop online, all of our items were 50% off online.

The Old Navy Hammond is a nice store with great customer service. The store needs to be organized a little better. There was a lot of product, just kind of scattered about and not put on shelf or hangers. I had to figure out prices for most of my purchases by going up to the price checker because stuff was not always in the right area. But the clothes are good quality and a good price.

One of the friendliest crew ever they spoke to me , my wife and my children. Asking if we needed help and just general good service and friendly questions. Enjoyed finding some great discount items and the whole family left happy.

Weren't busy at all. Found what I needed quickly. Girl who rang me up was very friendly and polite. Two shirts I bought were fairly priced and working out great so far.

My daughter and I really enjoyed shopping there. They had great back to school clothes and sales. I liked that they offered the longer short styles. The ladies in the back and in the front were very helpful and nice. We will definitely return.

I went in looking for a new pair of skinny jeans. The sales rep was a tremendous help. I was looking for a particular style; skinny jeans, dark wash, no tears. She was able to point me to multiple pairs within that criteria AND they were only $12 with the sale. I was done in 15 minutes. 10/10.

Customer service was rude.. the associate rolled her eyes after I asked for help to find a pair of jeans, I even had the specific pair pulled up on the website which showed in stock so I looked for myself but the store was so unorganized and mislabeled, I spent 20minutes sifting and scanning them and still never found them.. old navy is usually a sure thing- but I’ve decided it’s time to find a new place to shop
