This is the only place I go to get my hair cut! Katie is awesome – I've been going to her for years. She is incredibly friendly and kind, and she works hard to make sure you're happy with the end result. I've also had many of the other ladies there cut my hair, and everyone is very nice and really good at what they do. I strongly recommend this place to anyone in need of a good-quality haircut with amazing service! :)

Very friendly staff who listen to client needs, not afraid to offer suggestions based on their experience but the customer is always right at Personal Image. Always welcomed with an offer of a coffee or tea, with complementary wash after the cut. I consistently come out looking exactly as I want to, and with a smile. Special shout out to Victoria Seymour, they're all wonderfully nice ladies but V is the one I see most often.

Wonderful hair salon! New to the area, I was lucky to book an appointment and get Victoria as my hair stylist and colourist. She is amazing! Victoria goes above and beyond, demonstrating incredible ability to know exactly the hair colour that suits me best (as I’m in the process of changing my hair colour from dark brown to ‘bronde’).

General bad experiences here. Stylists are great but they booked on the wrong day then what I asked, price quoted was almost double. Unsure why Google wants me to review this place tbh as it's been a year so this may not be relevant anymore

Marium (sp) was fantastic...Not many can cut curly hair well. She most certainly can! Would Highly recommend!

Best experience! Have had my hair done here several times over the year and have never been disappointed. I always get compliments on the colour abs sheen. Great prices on services and products! Vicki is the best colour technician!

I find they don't have accurate appointment times. Every time I've taken my kids, we've had to wait 20 minutes past the appointment time. It wouldn't be so bad if they had chairs we could sit in but we just awkwardly stand in the tiny lobby. The stylists are great and very friendly.
