    I think the people working at the Pictou store are great however the service is horrible. I shouldn't wait for 20+minutes in a drive through. There are two lanes and there is only ever one open. The store itself is disgusting! There is beverage residue all over the coffee machines . The floors need a good deep cleansing. 8nfact the whole store need a good wash.

    There used to be friendly staff, and quick order times. They used to get my orders right on occasion, which was nice from time to time, but it's clear that the workers don't care about their job even in the slightest anymore. I order the same thing literally every morning. Half the time I get my money back, half the time I don't. The discretion of me giving you a tip is up to me, if I give you a twenty dollar bill for a twelve dollar order, you don't keep all of that for yourself. Four out of five times, my order is wrong, but I shouldn't have to go out of my way to drive another 3km away to find another Tims. Editing from a 4 to 2. This is getting more and more disappointing. You don't do that. Management needs to get better, this is nuts. The place was great when Brad worked there. Backshift staff was the best.

    Infuriating how much my order gets made incorrectly or just completely wrong items. Never has anything in stock. Completely incompetent staff. Last time I worked in the food industry, I don't remember it being that hard to take an order.

    Reported a problem on the Tims site Nov 30 and was told the restaurant would contact me within 2 days. At Dec 11 there has been no contact from the restaurant. Problem reported was that the Bailey's donut was stale, did not have any filling, and had flavorless stuff on top, so failed totally. ETA: the reply is obviously standard cut & paste without reading the actual problem, as the problem was reported several weeks ago, and the restaurant has failed to follow up.

    Triple Triple with hazelnut shot... Got what ever in the coffee and no hazelnut..and cup isn't marked Chocolate chip muffin with 4 butter...do u know how hars it is to spread FROZEN butter?? Not impressed and hungry and need caffine

    I come there 2 times a day every day for the last year and a half and every evening you always mess up my order.... how hard is it to understand medium tea double double with cream??? If they would listen pay attention instead of talking to each other and joking around wile your placing your order they would probably get the order right.

    Bagel with cheese. No cheese. Ice Capp is not iced/slush, just cold liquid. Fast service but might be worth slowing down for quality checks. The product wasn’t worth the money spent, especially during tight times like these. Customer service wasn’t bad but I wasn’t really acknowledged either. Drive thru AM.

    I work in a fast food place so I understand how stressful it can sometimes be but this women was disgustingly rude. While taking our order in the drive thru she said acted like the last thing she wanted to do was be there which I sometimes understand but this was unacceptable. When ordering two iced coffees she said “ is that two or one and one” in a tone to which I’d speak to a 4 year old lashing out in the grocery store. I was absolutely appalled by her tone and behaviour. Then we got to the window I could see her almost arguing with a customer. I proceeded to ask for her name to write a complaint which I never do but if I were anyone else I would have walked in there and said something to the manager. Her name is Sarah. I am deeply upset that she would treat any person this way.

    Not good Tim Hortons Cobequid, arrived at the drive thru at 7:30am Saturday June 24th I order breakfast sandwich and a hashbrown to make a combo with a tea. You inform me you have no hashbrowns. I get to the window and you ask me if I would like extra bacon be you don't have an egg to put on my breakfast sandwich. You are serving breakfast correct. Poor customer service. I enjoy Tim's, but there is other options

    The french vanilla cappuccino and maple dip donuts are excellent. Service in the Lower Sackville area was great. Very friendly and helpful staff

    I wanted to take a moment to share my positive experience at your location. I was particularly impressed with the efficiency of your drive-through service and the friendliness of your staff. They provided excellent customer service and made my visit a great one. Additionally, when I needed to use the washroom, I was pleased to find that it was decently clean and well-maintained. Overall, I had a wonderful experience at your location and I wanted to express my appreciation. Thank you for providing such great service and for maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for your customers.

    My experience was bad with the cashier present. He didn't give me coffee even after waiting for almost 10 min. Then actually another staff gave me coffee with a sorry.

    Absolutely awful experience my bagels were stone cold not even toasted my farmers wrap had way to much sauce and not enough of the rest the two teas were also stone cold worst service took them forever to make food and the drive through was empty and no other costumers in store. Disappointed.👎🏿

    Never gets the order right. Definitely don't get a bagel with cream cheese at this location... Total rip off paying for enough cream cheese to barely over a 1/4 of the bagel. Legit can't even taste the cream cheese... Over it.
