This gym is a gem. Always clean. It is the kind of business where they all know you, greet you and encourage your efforts. You can attend in person or take classes via Zoom. I can't wait to get back there in person. I have made many friends through this gym!

Best gym in the area by far. ALWAYS clean, equipment is always 100%. My father is the owner, and has always been the most hard working and dedicated man I’ve ever known. Focused mostly on customer service, quality, safety, and happiness of every single face that walks through the door. He gets to know every client personally, and builds a friendly environment with each individual of all ages. Accommodates to everyone’s individual preference to make sure nobody leaves unhappy. He has successfully designed and created a facility that motivates fitness and nutrition for people of all ages including young children, and makes it fun! The staff has been, and always will be wonderful. We are a giant family, who loves nothing more then creating a positive happy place for everyone to workout in.

I looked at a few gyms before signing up here. Staff is always friendly and willing to help with any questions or problems. A lot of approachable people willing to help each other. Better than the franchise gym down the road by far.

This is a great gym! Awesome atmosphere, clean environment, good equipment and open 24-7 for members!

By far my favorite gym I have joined! The 24/7 access was the best part. Place was always very clean, staff was great also. Enjoyed my membership for two years but moving left me with having to cancel my membership. Only thing I didn’t like was the cancellation process. Has to be done online and have to wait for an email reply. Also didn’t appreciate getting charged an extra month because I didn’t cancel before the 15th. If you plan on canceling just make sure it’s before then or you’ll get charged an extra month. All in all if I move back to NH I’d definitely re signup at HHF!

Just finished my first year at Hampstead Health and Fitness and my experience has been mediocre. The gym itself is close to home which is the main reason i chose to become a member. The gym is clean and employees can regularly be seen cleaning equipment. Desk staff are friendly and can answer most questions about the machines. Bathroom/locker rooms are large and clean. The main reason for only a two star rating is the equipment is sub par. Cardio equipment is old and dated. Stair climbers are often out of order and usually taken when they are working. The treadmills are outdated, often broken, and regularly "skip". The machines are old but work as they should. Usually one or two are out of service. The dumbbells are adequate however the barbells are often warped. Overall i feel that for $55 per month the gym doesn't meet my expectation and for this reason i will seeking a different gym.

I have been a member for 8+ years and have always enjoyed it because of the family atmosphere! My experience in the past 3 years was significant because of the work that I did with the personal trainers. I had the pleasure of working 1 to 1 with both Doug and Tod. Their knowledge and patience during training was outstanding! This does not include the times that I have stopped to ask a training question and they were happy to answer all my questions. I always feel that the staff's priority is to provide safe and effective workouts! No matter what mood I am in when I enter the gym, I leave smiling because of the friendships I have developed. Everyone is friendly and willing to help each other at any time. My 17 year old daughter is now a member and I was surprised because she always hated running, but now goes regularly for stress relief! The other significant detail for me, is how the gym is housed in the same facility as Hampstead Sports Rehab and Lifetime Chiropractic. I am a patient at both because the convenience to these two services in the same building is extremely important to me. My work with all three facilities has greatly improved my overall physical health!

Unfortunately this is one of the worst experiences we have had with a gym. And, given that I am a physical therapist and a personal trainer, I have been in many gyms over the years. The equipment is dated- especially the upright bikes. I have to go to another gym when I plan to do cardio on a bike, which is very frustrating. There is very limited space between equipment, so we feel crowded and in the way even when there is only several people using the weight lifting equipment. The most surprising thing is the language used by several of the members. I was shocked to hear such foul language by the clients. I did notice the staff posted a warning about this, so hopefully those responsible have toned it down. The gym is very clean and the locker rooms are spacious and well maintained. We had high hopes for this gym and thus paid for a year in advance, which we will be sure not to do again!

Love the energy, classes and camaraderie of this gym. The staff is amazing and actually cares about your success and goals for fitness. Your not Just a number here...... your part of an extended family!!
