Great RW store in the local HR area. This gem has a large collection of Heritage boots, including women boots. Sizes for women may or may not be available in store. The staff was extremely friendly and very helpful. I highly recommend a visit if you want quality boots.

It’s crazy how 1 bad experience can change your entire look on a business. I purchased some boot insole’s one week ago and after one week I knew they were defective. I had purchased the same 2 additional times and never had the discomfort from these new insoles. I called and was told just bring them in and we will exchange them for a new pair. I drive to Hampton and the lady behind the counter says “ what’s wrong with the pair you have in your hand” in a very snotty way. I reply, “I believe they are defective because my legs are throbbing within 2 hours”. She got upset mumbled some more and went into the back “to talk to the manager”. She later came back and said “this is your last pair you’ll get for free and you can’t get the same pair you got before”. Glad to know that Red Wing employees don’t believe an item can be defective. I’ll gladly take my business elsewhere.

I am a welder on my feet for 10+ hours a day. I like boots to last, the price doesn’t concern me because I know i’m paying for a quality product. Was advised to get my feet scanned to find the best insoles for my foot. We went ahead and scanned my wife’s feet as well, who also stands for 10 hours a day. We had great experiences with our sales associate, very knowledgeable and helpful. We left with boots, and insoles for both of us. will be back

Tish is the best sales person you have in the store. She listens to customers needs. Make sure we get proper boot based on needs and wants. Every time I go on I get measured and fitted without questions. As we get older our feet change size and Tish helps me understand that. It's a shame she no longer works there. I don't know what happened but now I wonder about the quality of service and knowledge with the sales people that are now in the store.

The young lady that assisted me both times I called was very professional responsive respectful and overall I felt like she understood what my needs were.

Had the shoes I wanted in my size to order from the warehouse. Sales person was very helpful. I got exactly what I wanted.

Hampton Location. The customer service has went down hill from my initial purchase of my work boots. Brought my work boots in to be reconditioned and the person behind the counter said give me ten minutes, came back in 2 minutes with some sort of oil dripping from the boots. The boots weren't evenly covered or work into the leather. Like the condition was applied with a paint brush. (Sloppy). My complaint is when I pay for a great quality product but the store personnel can even take the time to do the job right. I don't trust taking my boots there anymore if this is the lack of attention to detail I received.
