I just moved here last week after relocating and it looks just like the pictures with the exception that it still has roaches. I notified management who said they will send an exterminator to spray again on Monday. I hope the second spray will get rid of them altogether because I am tired of fighting these critters. I bought roach sprays and traps, but it only slightly minimizes the infestation. I can't even cook to save money because I am concerned a roach will fall onto my food. I don't even eat takeout in my apartment. This is awful! I just started a new job and won't see my first pay until the middle of next month because it is semi-weekly and don't have the means to stretch that far, so I can't stay in a hotel in the meantime. I am locked into a 12-month lease that I cannot break without still being financially responsible for it; until someone else rents the unit. This would be a great place if there were no roaches.

Very nasty apartments has Mice and roaches they said they didn’t believe me like what??? They don’t fix anything maintenance are very lazy do not Move here!

This location has mice and roaches beware. I was not aware of this when I moved in. Rental office states an exterminator will not be out here for another week smh. This is ridiculous

The apartment does cost 720 a month so I guess you get what you pay for. ROACHES, LYING OFFICE STAFF, THE BARE MINIMUM IN MAINTENANCE.

The Hood. Not safe. Dirty grounds. Laundry facility left unlocked and neighbors use the facility at night to use drugs. Water bugs. Crack heads screaming throughout the day looking for drugs who are residents. Apartment buildings smell like cigarettes. Maintenance staff sleep in car during day instead of servicing request. Don’t move here! Unsafe! I don’t like the one way in and out parking lot. Kids play outside unsupervised.Raccoons at the dumpsters at night.

My family and I have lived here two years now, just resigned our lease for another year! After Mrs.Cindy Robinson took over the property she has gotten things rolling with making the complex even more beautiful! Fast response time with any maintenance issues, even for emergency’s! Communication is excellent in every way! Amazing notice on when the pest control are coming to do the every other month treatment in our buildings! Have not had any pest issue since we moved in! Love the updated laundry facility! We are super blessed to have the opportunity to stay in this sweet little complex another year!

I lived here for 2 years and I loved it! It was a great price and nice apartment. I never had any issues with management or other tenants.

A little difficult to find but decent size. Never lived here but a friend does. She doesn't experience many problems.
