I had my first appointment with the son and he was very nice and informative; however, I had to come back and get a filling. The second appointment I had the father. He had no bedside manner. He did not introduce himself, just put me back in the chair and started giving me the local anesthetic without any explanation. He had to numb me twice and did not know what tooth was being worked on. I left before he started the procedure because I did not feel comfortable. I would not recommend this dentist. I hope Dr Booth sees this review and it motivates him to take a class on bedside manner because it was completely unacceptable.

I have been a patient of Dr. Booth's for years. His staff is amazing and very helpful. Diane has been there since my son and I started going and she is simply the best. She is always friendly and extremely helpful with your appointments Dr. Booth has and continues to care for our teeth. He is pleasant/professional when addressing my concerns. He takes time to explain my procedures and I never feel rushed by him. He has made sure my teeth and gums stay healthy. We are happy with him and his work.

Literally been getting the run around this is literally the worst experience ever and I haven’t had an actual appointment. I’m pregnant told them this before I set my first appointment I had to wait MONTHS for an appointment I was calm at first I said okay I understand because I’m pregnant they needed a prior authorization then I get up to the office early on the day of my appointment and they tell me again I need a prior authorization that it wasn’t put in so I’m like okay but at this point I’m pregnant my tooth is killin me I’m already dealing with pregnancy pain on top of this but I still wait another MONTH FOR ANOTHER APPOINTMENT JUST FOR THEM TO TELL ME I HAVE TO WAIT AGAIN FOR AN APPOINTMENT I KEEP LEAVING WORK FOR NOTHING I PROMISE YOU THIS OFFICE IS NOT WORTH IT IM EVEN GETTING THE RUN AROUND JUST TO SPEAK TO A SUPERVISOR ITS BEYOND SAD I COULD HAVE BEEN SEEN SOMEONE ELSE BY NOW BUT NOW I GOTTAH DEAL WITH THIS PAIN EVEN LONGER THIS IS NOT OKAY IF I COULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE STAR FOR CUSTOMER SERVICE I WOULD!!

Military - had to get a filling restored after my old practice stopped taking my insurance and right before a big move. This practice got me in right away and was kind and careful restoring my filling. Dr booth (son) explained everything well and worked fast. Thank you!

Horrible bedside manner, both teeth that were "fixed" broke randomly. The new dentist I go to is 10x better. Don't go here if you cherish your front teeth.

The dental hygienist are all very nice, but the doctor, Jeffrey Booth, does not have any bedside manner. He was insulting one of the hygienist while he had his tools in my mouth. He also hurt me and blamed it on me. I couldn’t wait to get out of there. We’ll find another dentist.

Dr Alan is such a cutie lol. The staff is so friendly and sweet, very lovely ladies. I always love coming to this place. I highly recommend this place to everyone

I went to Mr Booths office for a double root canal 4 years ago.I was there until 530 that evening after showing up at 9am.The whole procedure he was rude and derogatory in his comments to me.I should of left but needed the work done.He worked on 2 others while he worked on me.Going from one to another.Just unbelievable.The other night I was flossing and out popped a crown out of my mouth.I went to my current dentist and he said there was decay.He is very professional.I could tell by the way he structured his sentences that he felt that whoever did this was in a hurry and could have done a much better job.Well I go to a professional now and will never darken Mr Booths doorstep again.
