This place is the worst. I can't even begin to explain all of my negative experiences with Spencer Dental over the past 3 years. I would never have stuck with them if there were better options under Medicaid. An employee cancelled my appointment for today and put another adult in my spot after I confirmed the appointment via text on October 1st. I tried to call the office several times but as usual, no one answers and you get hung up on. Finally, an amazing gentleman named Colden answered and told me they completely messed up by cancelling my appointment but he wasn't able to get in touch with them either. Stay far away from Spencer Dental if you have any choice. They will make you wait 3 hours for your appointment if they don't suddenly cancel it the day of or before, doesn't seem to matter if you confirmed it or not. They don't care about you here.

They don't answer the phone even for their corporate customer service staff. They only had an appointment 5 months from the time I set it. I show up to my appointment on time at 1pm. I was told the staff went to lunch, and it would be a hour wait for them to get back. Really??? They finally did my fillings, but my "bite" is way off. I can not completely chew or bring my teeth together because the the filling they put in is too tall, so it touches/reaches my bottom teeth before my others. When I bite down, only two teeth touch and theirs a huge gap between the rest. Lastly, they were supposed to send in a prescription for antibiotics that they never sent. As stated, they also refuse to answer their telephones for ANYONE including their customers service center that their calls will be reroute to because they refuse to answer the phone. The customer service rep stated they sent the Hampton location an email, but they didn't respond that either. I had to drive 25 minutes in traffic both ways to talk to someone there.

I got my my braces a few years back, an when I say my experience has been nothing short of amazing. Dr. Lee an the entire staff have been so professional am extremely caring through the entire process. I Got married last year an leading up to the big day they made sure my braces were off in time, an my smile was complete, which made it that much more special. I really an I mean REALLY appreciate Dr.Lee an the entire staff, they have been amazing!!!!!!!!💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

This place is the worst. To explain what I experienced it will take up to several hours. They confirmed your appointments with time and dates then changed over over again. Then canceled the appointment on their behalf due to no reason at all and lie… & don’t even want to answer calls. Honestly they need a new dentistry and receptionist customer’s should not ne treated like that especially with pain & wasted time

After reading all the negative reviews my hopes were not high. I'm glad I'm not a person that goes off the opinions of other people. My experience at Spencer Dental was the best I've experienced. I didnt have an appointment but they helped me, after being turned away at 3 other dentists. The ladies at the front desk are better than most deserve. Be kind and kind things will happen to you. Give people a reason to help you. Especially when they are probably over worked and don't have to. Spencer Dental is alright with me. Thank yal so much.

I've never been more grateful that I didn't base my decision to go to Spencer Dental on previous reviews. The lobby was spacious, clean, and inviting. The receptionists are calm and patient. We had to wait in the lobby for about a half hour before we were seen but that was not unusual for any Dental practice. Everyone from the front office to the to the exam rooms were kind, and caring. I highly recommend Spencer Dental.

I Just Wanna Say Thank You To Dr Lee And His Wonderful Staff. It Has Been A Long Journey But Definitely Worth It . I’m So Excited To Have My Braces Finally Off And My Teeth Looks So Good if I Could Give 1 Million Stars I Would So Thank You To Everyone Who Was Apart Of My Long Journey At Spencer Dental & Braces. I never had an issue with them until now spent 2 hours just to have someone take X-rays and look in my mouth be told oh you're going to have to come back we can't fix this today. After waiting for an hour and 30mins for them to come see me. Now I have to wait until next month to get my tooth fixed.
