The
absolute
worst.
Just
over
a
year
of
living
here
and
we
already
can't
wait
to
leave
this
place.
It's
one
inconvenience
after
another
and
they
have
the
nerve
to
sell
it
as
luxury
living.
Construction
and
repairs
begin
right
at
8:00
in
the
morning
and
have
been
ongoing
for
months.
They
constantly
come
up
with
reasons
to
enter
your
apartment
which
feels
like
more
of
a
check
in
to
see
how
you
live
than
for
legitimate
reasons.
They
will
ask
you
to
remove
everything
from
in
front
of
your
water
heater
and
ac
unit
door
so
they
can
install
monitors,
remove
everything
from
your
patio
for
cleaning,
painting,
etc,
make
sure
to
clear
your
walk-in
closet
so
water
monitors
can
be
installed,
on
and
on.
They
do
give
a
date
they
say
they
will
show
but
that
really
means
they
may
show
on
that
date
or
anytime
up
to
8
months
after
that.
The
front
office
will
not
communicate
this
to
residents
but
when
they
do
finally
appear
you
are
expected
to
accommodate
them.
This
is
peddled
as
improvements
to
make
it
the
best
community
it
can
be
-
laughable.
An
adequate
staff
that
cares
about
the
residents
would
demonstrate
that
more
than
these
ridiculous
"improvements".
The
elevator
has
been
out
of
service
for
months.
We
don't
live
far
from
this
one
so
we're
left
with
taking
the
stairs,
walking
to
another
building
or
waiting
until
we're
on
our
way
out
to
get
mail,
packages,
etc.
Because
deliveries
are
thrown
about
the
mail
room
who
knows
if
they
may
even
still
be
there.
The
leasing
office
is
completely
incompetent,
rude
and
doesn't
attempt
to
be
at
all
helpful.
You
can
see
from
other
reviews
management
here
doesn't
take
any
responsibility
for
the
inept
way
The
Quarters
is
run.
My
best
advice
is
to
avoid
this
dump
as
long
as
there
are
comparable
apartments
in
the
area.
It
actually
feels
ghetto
with
trash
left
in
the
hall,
constant
rodent
sightings
and
drug
deals
happening
day
and
night
all
over
the
property.
The
so-called
luxury
living
-
because
of
a
washer
and
dryer
-
isn't
worth
the
hassle
when
you
are
forced
to
resort
to
hiring
a
lawyer
as
we
have.
Save
the
canned
reply
because
we
just
want
to
get
as
far
away
from
here
as
possible.
