We been to this place for a quick work lunch between one task and another. We were very pleased with the nice & friendly service. The food is simple and delicious. Happy to have bumped into this place. Keep it up.

Decent small place with great cannoli and polite service. Average coffee. We went there two days in a row for a coffee and cannoli. We would recommend it for everyone who would like to taste good cannoli in Sliema.

Nice small cafe, low price and good quality. Americano 1.20, Arancini 2.50. Bring cash with you as they didn't accept card payments.

The Maltese-Italian Service is just Great. There's not a great variety of choice but nevertheless, it's fresh and really tasteful. I daresay the prices are cheaper than many other places.

This place is great! They have really good cannoli that are big, almost a meal on their own. Good pasta too. Nice place to stop by for lunch. (no credit cards)

Overall ok and welcoming. Very hot as windows all around. Surprised that I was not issued the vat receipt.

Try the Chicken Milanese freshly prepared, I tasted it with Mayo without fries (or add fries) under 6 Euro...Perfect quick snack! The best coffee in town... out of 8 establishments we recommend Numero Uno for coffee Il Baretto 9.6/10 and that's beating some very old established outlets! Arancini, the chicken and mushroom was 9.5/10 and thats at 2.45 pm today1 Well done to the management of Il Baretto Siciliana. The sweets.pastries are also highly recommended
