I booked through Agoda, and by mistake, I booked for the wrong dates, upon modification Agoda says contact hotel. But when I contacted the hotel, they are noncooperative. They didn't agree to modify dates or cancel the booking. This is absurd, if you cannot handle these situations, so don't put your hotel on different booking sites. I should have at least gotten my refund, but this hotel denied it completely. ZERO STAR

The rooms and service are good. But the staircase is unavailable and One needs to take the elevator only. I wonder what is the way out during an emergency evacuation from the floors? Otherwise its worthy for the price you pay.

I parked my bike in parking lot , went to book the hotel, the watchman came ran to us asking to remove the bike until we book the room , we said we are going to do that even tho he asked us to remove the bike then book the hotel Soo weird, we came to book the hotel were gonna park it , we are gng to take the bike on our head lifting 🙄

This place is a sham. It's not even one star but it's shown as three star. The rooms are dirty. Wash rooms horrible. Even their suite room is not equivalent to a TTD room. Rooms are phenyl smell. Coridoors are pathetic. It's suggested that OPP to this hotel HOTEL SUPRABHA and HOTEL HARITHA by TSTDC is there.you can plan to check in there

Situated at very good location in Warangal city. As per the location price was very reasonable 2500 per day for 3 people in AC room with free morning breakfast. Idealistic for groups and budget friendly family stay.

Overall satisfying. Bathroom can be a bit better lit and organized. Food is good. However soap / sanitizer at dining place was not available. Good stay and recommended.

This is present in the middle of city, and the ambiance isn't that great, not recommended for family. The service is not bad, they provide only breakfast.

Parking is not fine as its on the main road, rooms are not well ventilated, feels suffocation, other things ok ok, should be the last option in case u dont find rooms

Quick checking and checkout process, Rooms are clean and spacious, Toilets could be better especially the doors! Good Breakfast and Tea Coffee Milk anytime, they have a CCD dispenser! Opposite the Hotel, Non-veg Restaurant Paprika, worth trying!

This place is the perfect example of "Don't Judge a book by its Cover" My initial thoughts were not very great but once I checked in, Its nit that bad at all, given the price bracket, its Good! It's a comfortable room and the bed is just perfect, The best place is the Location, right in the heart of the city! The staff are well mannered and hospitable! Good Job

In the heart of Hanamkonda city and on the main road and near to temples. Staff quite cooperative. When I had some minor issue with the room allotted, I was given another room almost immediately. Room was not spacious buy manageable if you are staying for a couple of days. May be the only hitch is the parking area appears to be permanently wet.

Rooms are good and clean but no dust bins in rooms. If you have room in second floor you have to take stairs to board lift to get out of hotel there is no way to exit expect lift. You can order food from outside as they do not operate their restaurant now.

Rooma were neat and clean, good maintanence and service is fine. Only drawback is with car parking only 4-5 can be parked.

This is the worst hotel I ever stayed. Booked the stay through Agoda, which seems to be the main culprit showing this hotel as 3 star. There are no services as mentioned by Agoda. 1. No wifi 2. No breakfast included 3. No proper room service. The worst part was the management asking to park the car on the road while the owner wants to park his car inside without valuing their customer requirements. I wouldn't recommend this hotel, this is just a lodge to drop your baggage and pick in couple hours.

Worest service ever seen . AC NEVER WORKED even in mid summer , they really need some maintenance to work properly.Room service you have to call atleast 5-6 times to get attention.washrooms smells like anything. For tv set top boxes never do recharge.
