Waddepalli cheruvu is one of the famous lakes in Warangal... A park is built at the lake ..was very beautiful view of lake ...and a peaceful environment.. everyone can enjoy with family and friends..can bring young kids also.

It was quite big will cleanliness.. That I liked most. But the small park accompanying its shore was just a modified form of bank with seats which had a ticket n all.. You may visit it. But not for making your time but to understand something is better than nothing.

Subramanyeshwara swamy temple is also located there...every Tuesday lots of devotees visit this temple.. Every year bathukamma festival is celebrated with enthusiasm.. Bathukamma is merged in the lake... Devi navaratri celebrations are done at temple..

Beautiful place which needs to get a lot of attractions but sadly no one knows this place is even there…Authorities can make this like hyderabad-tank bund if they are serious on this

The place is located on the edge of the lake along with the temple. The area can hold certain number of people but the smell from the lake doesn't help in staying for a long time. The hygiene also needs a lot of improvement. The temple area is maintained well. The entrance also looks good. Mostly couples visit the place.
