I was here on Saturday with my family, waiter doesn’t even know what to suggest to place an order . Waiter was so arrogant. Finally ordered food and it took and hour and got cold food. Complained manager but that doesn’t made any difference. My one star is only for okay food Surprising rating was so high.

Flavours need to be improved. Great ambiance and huge seating area available. Reservations are to be done prior to visiting as there are chances of not available at time of visit. Service is best and the food delivery time is so fast. The only issue is there are not any flavours for the food. So bland and not so satisfying. They need to improve a lot and the quantity of food is good and also the quality. I tried Apollo Fish, Chicken Lollipop, Chicken spring Rolls but none of them impressed me. I strongly recommend avoiding spring rolls as they are so flavorless though the portion size is good.

The food was very tasty and the ambience was railway station. The soup we ordered was very good and the spiciness is up to the mark. The tangdi kabab and the bucket biryani we ordered were also delicious. I ordered a special curd rice with extra pomegranate seed, they have according to the requirement and it was also good. Finally the mocktails are good and can make some more improvement. Finally the food was delicious and they also provided a pan at the end.

Awesome theme a definite must just for the ambience and experience of the set up. Kids would enjoy the atmosphere and keeps them engaged with frequent trains chugging along with food. The design is well thought to ensure every table has the track aligned. Spacious set up too. Food was good and quality maintained, but it's more the theatrical feel of trains and platforms that one wants to retake this. Theme wins handdown over food.

After alot of hype created in social media platforms. I visited this place. I know this is an established restaurant brand. I visited this place today i.e 09- September - 2023. I visited this place with Two friends. We really disappointed with the food served😪. We tried prawns & kodi vepudu. We didn't felt we were eating vepudu. In veg we tried andhara veg panner which tasted good. Then in main course we tried spcl mutton biryani and veg pulao. The pulao was average rice was not cooked properly. The mutton biryani was worst. They re heated the biryani and served. The meat was not fresh and we didn't felt we are eating biryani and the hospitality was average. They mentioned 15 percent discount applicable on dine in and takeaway. But they didn't apply discount on final bill. They also mentioned free gift on first bill. But the people who asking them they are giving to them. The prices were resonable but the quantity and quality of food was not the mark. The toys are not funtioning properly. This is what we felt and hoping that the restaurant team take this points as positive feedback and try to fix them. The ambience was Good so spacious.

Platform 65 is really a good idea ...my daughter enjoyed a lot by seeing the toy trains serving the food , Ambiance is super ,very neat and clean, food was average and washrooms are very hygienic, in Warangal table AC is not working , I was disappointed with that , remaining all tables are getting AC .

Location, interior, train setting , service-all are good, but where is the taste??!! I feel unhappy with this taste , and waiting also takes some time

Good place, unique experience. It's a big place, with the food served by small toy trains, which I found cute. My order had phulkas, veg kolhapuri, egg fried rice and blue lagoon. Each item was really good. The service was also good, though they hover around you a bit, which can be annoying. Otherwise a good experience, must recommend.

Stay away… worst food, worst service I have ever seen. Took two hours, still food is not served. Worst than Indian train timings. I would suggest eat at a fast food bandi on the road. Food is worst taste.

Notion proved again-> Fancy isn’t always tasty. In all likelihood, this is the worst food i ever had. Uncooked food with unmixed spices that’s not even marinated properly, even the most basic version of Jeera rice that’s very bland has made me lose any appetite that i had until then. #Apricot Delight was also the worst. It should be named as Apricot DELETE, so peeps won’t order it. #Platform 65. (Better miss the train)

Good theme basic restaurant. Must try kaju curry if you like sweet in your food. Shavan Kumar was really polite and asked our order peacefully. Vinod later helped us to select food accordingly.

Good theme based restaurant. Initially god bad reviews , I was very skeptical to visit this place but thought I will give a try. After visiting Sunday - at least 45 mins waiting time if you go after 8pm so plan accordingly . More than 300 people are accommodated (approx). Food is 4/5 Ambience 4/5 Hospitality 4.5/5 Very kid friendly as well . They have kid strollers placed . Saw for the first time in Warangal.

I was Visited on 20.01.2024 in the Evening With Family, Atmosphere was Excellent. Coming to the Food, I was Order Tandoori Non-Veg Platter with the Suggestion of the Staff, In that Sea Food is Worst, Chicken is ok. The Waiter is Horrible, his main Goal is Empty the Dish pot or Try even after Intimate him like kids are having food slowly, one by one will Taste. Then after We ordered 2 Tangidi Rost Biryanis. After Ordering the Biryani almost taken 50 mins to reach us. This also not up to the Mark. Too spicy for Kids. Over all I am not Satisfied with the Food.. Need to be Improved in Food Taste/Quality and Customer Management with Respect..

I tried singapuri chicken which is a nice mutton biryani with also nice affordable prices and a pleasant atmosphere , a good place celebration for birthdays and couple entries. Captain @Srinivas assisted very well.

An over rated hyped up place. The good rating is for the service and the novelty factor. Food was below par. Ordered the weekend special. 1) Crispy Paneer : A thick rectangular piece of paneer fried with a bland tasteless coating. That's how it was. 0 star for the dish 2) Gulabi Kabab : Undercooked Pieces of Chicken : 3 stars for the dish. 3) Chicken Vepudu : 5 stars for the dish. Absolutely tasty. 4) Platform 65 Special Biriyani : The biriyani was subpar with tasty pieces of chicken. 3 stars for the dish. 5) Mocktails : Ordinary Mix of Soda with flavours. 3 stars. Had to wait for the seating. The restaurant was jam packed truly like a chaotic railway station. There's an issue of strong smell of food in the air. Probably needs odour control and freshener spray. Visit if you have kids at home or if you want to experience the novel fun factor. If you want good food then, there are better places.

The worst restaurant I have ever visited in my life. No service, empty food plates since 1 hour. Looks like we came to look at empty plates. The two items that came are so worst in taste. Will recommend everyone to stay away from this place for good. STAY AWAY!!!
