One of the best stays we've experienced! Emilio was incredibly kind, helpful, accommodating and informative. Im very familiar with the area and vacation here frequently. This was our first stay here. They were so courteous, the staff was incredible. Our room was clean and beautiful and far exceeded our expectations! Thank you so much for a fantastic stay at your place! The pool and hot tub, jacuzzi tub all were wonderful!

The hotel is a bit outdated (there is no elevator). The staff is very friendly and accommodating. The one draw back is the mattresses are a bit firm. If you like that then you will have a great stay! Also you are right by the Portage Lift bridge so you have an excellent opportunity to take photos. One would think that being by the bridge you would hear the traffic. I did not find that to be the case once we were inside the room, and we had the room facing the bridge.

This hotel was great! Very clean, good breakfast, good location! They even refunded for my brother in law who had car problems on the way up and couldn't make it! Deb the woman who runs the breakfast seemed very knowledgeable about the area too!

VERY clean! It’s apparent that their housekeeping crew takes pride in their work because it definitely shows! The young lady that ran the breakfast area was busy at work keeping food stocked and tables cleaned and ready for the next guests. The night and morning clerks were very friendly and accommodating. Super comfortable beds and awesome pillows! The rooms are more modern than what is pictured online. I’m guessing there was a remodel and the pics just haven’t been updated on their website yet. One reviewer commented on the toilet height being too short and that Ramada would never have their business again because of it PLUS gave them only a two star rating, however this was unwarranted because it’s just a standard toilet height. So many positives outweigh the negatives. This property is about the details. I hope that whomever is leading this crew is treating them well because it’s definitely deserved!

It was a really clean room. There was some frustration over the price we paid per night. We have been told repeatedly about stay 4 nights get 5th night free. No such luck for us. Continental breakfast was fabulous and the staff was pretty friendly.

Nice place, this is my second stay at this hotel. Newly remodeled, clean and comfy beds. The staff were helpful and very welcoming. Highly recommend!

Very nice and clean. Very well worth the money. The pool was a little small but worked fine with our group. Would definitely recommend and will stay there again if we are in the area.

We went to visit some family members, use the pool and hang out. We were allowed NO drinks (Not just glass but any drinks) in the pool area. (It was like a sauna just in the pool room) The desk lady was very rude. First time I've ever been here for the hotel/pool area. I was NOT impressed.

The first thing that happened after I unloaded our snowmobiles was very questioned by the owner if I was staying there or not. Then after telling her yes she asked for my first and last name, we are still in the parking lot at this point and instead of thanking me for choosing her place of stay she continued to question me.

Nice place by the canal with the walkway along the canal right off the back of the hotel and the view of the bridge. It was a beautiful place to stay with quick access to all the places you want to go in the copper country. Beautiful fall color on our visit. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Breakfast service was good and the staff was courteous and friendly.

While looking a bit dated the facility was very clean including our room. The staff were all very friendly/helpful and the mattress/pillows were very comfortable.
