Food was good. No outlets. Had a tweaker freak out throw things at me and threaten to kill me because I wouldn't give him gas money and was ignoring him. Manager asked him to leave and he did. Staff and food were awesome. 3 stars and not 5 because the building is not modern.

Went to this location past 3 mornings to get breakfast before work. Each morning im there after 7am which is shown to be their opening time. Not one of those days did anyone greet or take and order from the drive through. I sat and waited and when I drove around to leave I see a crew of people just standing around . Lobby lights are off and it doesn't seem like they care about the hours they have set to work. Will not return which is a shame because this is the fastest and seemed to be the most efficient Hardee's around when it comes to lunch .

What a wonderful experience. So fast and friendly. My husband was shocked at how friendly and polite the employees were. Our first visit and we will be back. Quick service and you can tell the food was put together with care and not just thrown together in a whirlwind.

Outstanding example for the rest of the fast food industry on how a restaurant of this type should be run. Employees are helpful and friendly, service is fast and accurate. The entire restaurant is clean (and it's quite apparent it's kept that way). Special kudos for the immaculate restroom. If I hadn't known better, I would have thought that the restaurant opened that day - they are that clean. Only ding (and it's a minor one) is that the trash receptacles in the parking lot were full. Perhaps I arrived before the next scheduled rounds of the lot. Well done Hardee's of Hancock.

My great grandson says the chicken tenders are better than McDonald's. I live in Cumberland so we usually come every other Sunday.

Had as a planned stop on our route. Dining room was closed at 6:25 and they turned us away at the door.

I used the app to order. I originally was going to get food from sheetz while driving back to Owings Mills from Ohio, but as I got on the exit, I saw a Hardee's logo on the exit sign. I immediately changed plans and decided to get food at Hardee's after only getting water from the sheets. Tenders, chili dog, and apple pies were good as always.

The employees were incredibly friendly and very patient with me. Patience really is a virtue especially when dealing with me! The roast beef was good but rather skimpy. The chicken tenders were surprisingly yummy! The service was great all around though so it would be worth stopping in for a bite just to get to know some of the employees.

It is fast food. I prefer this over a lot of other places because the grease content of the sandwiches seems to be lower. Love those curly fries and apple turnovers too!!

Me and my wife got two sandwiches here yesterday. She got a chicken sandwich, I got a mushroom n swiss. They were the best tasting sandwiches we have gotten from a fast food restaurant. They were perfectly prepared also. Had the perfect amount of mayo and sauce on them. We was very pleased!!

Love to eat here when traveling east. My only recommendation is that there needs to be more friendly. Girl that waited on us was very bland. She might have been having a bad day.

Went through drive thru and waited about 15 minutes for a pretty basic order. They should have said something before taking our money. Staff was friendly, but the service was bad.

Service was best I’ve seen in fast food in a long long time! We were greeted with a smile as soon as we came in, all staff were smiling and so friendly. Food was fresh and delicious. I wish they could come down to North Carolina and train all of our fast food places!

My sister and I travel to Martinsburg and Charles Town often so we're always stopping for lunch and it's usually McDonald's, Wendy's or Sheetz, we wanted Hardee's and the only one was in Hancock which is several miles off the interstate and out of our way, this trip was actually the second time we had stopped and the reason being the crew was phenomenal, the restaurant was clean and the food was fresh and amazing!! This trip we were hoping the same girl was working up front and she was, it had been over a month and she not only remembered us but our order as well💜 We joked that we would actually take a road trip which would be an hr and a half both ways just to eat there!!

Slower fast food ever. I think we sat in the drive thru 20 minutes. we were the only car in line and there were maybe four customers inside.

Always have to stop at a Hardee's while traveling since there are none in my hometown anymore. Love their burgers & breakfast menu. Classic, good food!

We stopped on our travels and it's fast food but holy cow. I got a Frisco burger that was ice cold, had way too much sauce and the bread was barely toasted. The fries were ok. There was no ketchup. We had to go ask the counter for packets of ketchup and rewait in the line. The food was so gross and seemed barely warmed up. It definitely was not good and it turned my stomach. I could not finish my ice cold barely toasted burger with enough sauce to choke someone. They were very busy and we were in a hurry to get back on the road. I didn't expect gourmet, but I expected hot and at least what is described. We waited at the counter initially for someone to even acknowledge we were there while a staff member looked right at us several times and continued to mess with ketchup packets.

This my first time at Hardee’s and what a great experience it was! Ali was so friendly and kind at the register and the bathrooms were extremely clean. This was one of the best fast food experiences I’ve ever had. Also the food was great!

I bring my son here at least 3 times a week. This is the best fast food in the area and they’ve never let us down. Way better than the McDonald’s standard for fast food. The milkshakes might be a little expensive, but are worth the try.

Very nice clean & well maintained establishment I come here often for breakfast & lunch. Everyone is friendly however The maintenance guy (can't remember what his name was) is always polite & working hard everytime I visit while I notice some inside employees just stand around and do nothing. I really hope the maintenance man is being taken care of because he seems to be pulling all the extra weight on him. Overall experience was good

Jason, the shift manager and his team did an excellent job keeping me energized with a Double Burger. The service was outstanding and staff super friendly. I am biking across America as part of ebiketour.org and needed some serious calorie intake before heading to Little Orleans. Well, I got exactly what I needed. Super thanks Jason and team.

I visit once in a while for their delicious mushroom swiss burgers, visited last week and had a large order picking up for myself and 3 other people, got the big hardee sandwich for a change and loved it. I have some difficulties with my leg so used the drive-thru. They have plenty of space to pull people up that have larger orders so they can take care of the next customer. Parking is great and the staff are always so nice. The inside seems a little cramped but that may be because I visited the inside when they were really busy.

Went late, about 45 mins before closing so food was made to order. Ordered the western burger combo and an apple turnover. The burger was ok but the fries wreaked and tasted like old oil. The apple turnover was no better... smelled of grease and had little to no filling in it. For roughly $14, I was thoroughly disappointed... especially when I passed up a stop at Sheetz to go here. Maybe it was just a bad night, but it sure was a huge turnoff for thoughts of future stops.

We had a really long day and the burgers we got for dinner were excellent. Service was great and the burgers were hot and fresh. There isn't much more to be asked for!

The employees are the most disorganized I have ever seen. And the slowest service, for what I think should be fast food. I went inside to order even thought i got it to go because the drive through was wrapped around the whole building and the first vehicle was honking his horn to get someone to take his order. And inside all the manager was doing was kept apologizing. I worked at hardies in breezewood for years and this place and employees would have been fired!!!! So sad won't be back

While heading toward vacation, our family van broke down in Hancock, MD. This Hardees was across the street from the car repair shop. Our family was tired, discouraged, hot, and hungry. After we sat in the wonderful AC eating fries for over an hour, the manager noticed us and came over to see if we needed anything. After we explained the situation, the staff was very sympathetic, checking on us frequently over the next four hours and even brought us a complimentary order of chicken fingers (cooked perfectly btw). It was obvious that this staff (under the leadership of both Bree and Bonnie that day) cared about us as people. This was exceptional customer service.

I hadn't been to a Hardee's in years. The Cheddar and Mushroom meal was so good that's it's making me look for the closest Hardee's to me. We stopped on our way back from Deep Creek and it will be a regular stop now. The service was slow and underwhelming. But in this economy, it's hard to find good help.

The service was excellent; they brought the dishes to the table, which doesn't happen in most fast-moving restaurants. The Club chicken burger is grilled so well and it is juicy. Recommended one.

I loved the fact they were so nice..we had one of our dogs and they even did a pup cup for her...

Just don't even stop. Loved this place for several years and its went down hill so fast. 20 minutes to get a cheeseburger and fries from the drive through window. No other customers ahead of me. 20 minute wait.

I had the most pleasant server at the drive-thru speaker that I have ever experienced. I had to deduct a star because the staff in the window did not give us napkins 🤣
