    I received multiple calls, texts and emails confirming my appointment. I replied to all of them, saying I will be at my appointment. The day and time of my appointment, I check in and the receptionist tells me my appointment has been canceled. The only reason I got was "our receptionist is new, she didn't know what she was doing." I understand some people are grossly incompetent, but hiring them to handle the scheduling for anything medically related is irresponsible and unprofessional. I had also got a procedure done at a different facility and they had no record of it at all. I will not be going back.

    Staff were all very nice and helpful, especially Alarica. Dr Au was very helpful explaining my procedure.

    Where to even start, first of all the front desk staff was rude and unprofessional. Secondly it was not told to my husband and I that the appointment if not confirmed would not be kept. We had been waiting for this appointment for months now. They told us they called and it wasn't confirmed so they could get us in the next day. This wouldn't work because we both work and we both had requested time off for this appointment. They called late afternoon on a Friday while my husband was with clients he was unable to call back during business hours. Yet we drove 35 mins just to be turned away at the door. Will never be going back.

    I called today for some information on what I needed to make an appointment with this medical office and whoever was on the phone with me to NOT CALL the office unless I had everything I needed prior to making an appointment... That is exactly what I called for! To know what I needed. Worst Customer service I've had in Decades. Whoever the person answering the phones was should seriously take a phone etiquettes course. Rudest person I've had to deal with in a while. They maybe need a hug or something.

    When you are an important Medical Center and your phones don’t work for over a week, I think a 1 star review is in order. I would give -5 if it was an option. Maybe I will finally be able to talk to a human being and they will have a legitimate reason for the inability to communicate with them? …And I will consider adjusting my review.
