Food was 🔥 hot and good. Drive thru was quick. Window team member was friendly.

I typically visit the drive thru, service is usually good and food is consistent!

Had a work meeting there. Friendly staff, clean and pleasant atmosphere.

I picked up my five-piece hand breaded chicken tenders combo up in the drive through. The chicken was hot, juicy, and crispy while the fries were a tad on the soggy side. I asked for some sauce but didn't receive any as I realised when I got home. And that's why you always check the bag before leaving!

Passing through and we had a great experience!! Young people were friendly, cleaning with detail and the Halloween decorations were fun. The food was quick and hot! Wish our Hardee’s at home was ran like this! Well Done Hannibal!

Came in at 9:30 for a quick breakfast. Employees did not greet us, they were arguing with each other. No one told us there was going to be await on biscuits, their fryer was broken but we weren’t made aware. Multiple people came in behind us and there was zero communication with everyone. If we had been made aware of that before we ordered we wouldn’t have stayed. “Management” seemed ignorant to the fact people need to talk to their customers lol. We won’t be back.

The Hardee's In Hannibal, MO offered great service, fresh cheeseburger and fries and loaded me up with condiments.l to go. The quality was really good. I wish my local Hardee's in Mt Vernon, IL was this good. It used to be, but not any more.

Today I was disappointed. Rock music was playing way too loud. Also, I said I was dining in, and they stuffed my food in a small bag and said ... here you go. I eat here alot but very disappointed with my experience today.

Best biscuits and gravy in fast food! Staff seemed particularly considerate. The bathrooms were CLEAN.

We each had a biscuit & gravy combo coffee & their signature hash brown rounds. Served quickly all hot and fresh.

Hardee's has the best breakfast platter for less than 5 dollars. It's hot and delicious! And this ain't no kids size serving. This is delicious! Go get you one!

Ordered hash browns had hair in it. Not one but 2 hairs Called very rude person answered phone. Told me bring receipt and they issue refund. Didnt give me a receipt . Then hung up on me.

My food is always fresh. There usually isn't a long wait time. My only issue is when they kept my change one day and when I asked for it the manager wouldn't give it to me because the cashiers drawer was short 38$ already. If she would've viewed cameras she would've seen the same thing my dash cam seen, the drive thru person kept my change. Now I won't use cash and if I do I go inside.

I stopped at the Hardee's and Hannibal Missouri last Friday. I love their biscuits and gravy but that place did not have good biscuits and gravy 😞 the gravy was some of the worst I've ever had. DEFINITELY won't be getting biscuits and gravy there ever again;

Stopped here for lunch on Thanksgiving. I got the Monster burger and medium fries. Which was solid I thought. She got a chicken something sandwich. Her chicken was, I would say medium on temperature. Like not hot but not cold either. Just warm. Fries were on point. Place was obviously quiet and very clean. Staff was supper friendly.

I went by Hardee's, to get a breakfast sandwich before I left town. I chose the breakfast Frisco. When cooked right that sandwich is really good. Imagine my surprise when opening the rapper to doughy bread. I really could have fixed a ham and cheese sandwich on regular bread at home for a lot less. Had I known they weren't even going to do their jobs right that's exactly what I would have done. This place is continuously a disappointment. Food sucks, the employees don't care.

Normally service is friendly and slow for fast food. On 2/4/22 I went in for breakfast on the way to work and at 9:30 they have no breakfast and I was told they are out of 1/3# burgers too. Why even stay open if you can’t serve breakfast in the morning?

The place was kind of gross, filthy. Restroom nasty. Food was very underwhelming. There were dead bugs the entryway. No way will I be back.

We stood at the counter for almost 10 minutes before we were even acknowledged! Food was good but serves was super slow, even after we ordered our food. It still took to long to get our food 😒 😩! We almost walked out!

It's one of those places that you never look back and say" I'm glad I ate there" It's a quick fix that taste OK, But lax so much. It makes me question the very existence of humans and its meaning of life

For an early lunch, I ordered the 5 piece strip meal, med fry, & sweet tea. Shared with my husband. It tasted ok, but the next morning we were both sick to our stomachs. Staff was friendly & place appeared clean on the inside. Need someone to pull weeds outside.
