Devastated. The bathroom was disgusting. The grout was disgusting. The faucets were falling apart, and the hair dryer was duct taped to the wall. When you flushed the toilet, the faucet in the tub ran. The beds were OLD spring mattresses that were akin to a box spring vs a mattress. The desk team was kind and polite. Raj saw me leave and was willing to give me a refund. Priceline refused, so it was a $160 lesson. While they're renovating, I probably would not stay in the area they put me in. It was off the pool courtyard indoors, so the screaming child echoed into the room the few moments it took for me to decide to leave. This is a tough critique because it is no unkindness to the service team... but I would not have paid to stay in that room and because of that room, I didn't even want to see the other options. We won't talk about the two sad pillows per bed or the lack of towels and toiletries in the room.

Best of both worlds. The rooms are very newly renovated with granite, fridge/microwave, and very comfortable beds. The common areas feel like stepping back in time, in the best way. The pool is a very unique clover shape with 3 areas of depth, perfect for kids of all ages. And the owners are amazing!! It’s obvious they’re still getting things fixed up but the owners more than make up for it.

The whole place looks great and clean. Staff were very helpful and accommodating. It's such a huge improvement from its previous state. The room was very clean and nice looking. Fridge and microwave were appreciated. The beds were clean and super comfortable.

We checked in and my brother in laws room looked as if someone partied in the room beforehand and no one cleaned it up. Lamps overturned, broken mirror frames, mirrors on the ground, and a wet floor. We went to the rooms and decided to check out the pool and hot tub...pool was sketchy as the filtration system seemed to be working very poorly and there was a skim of weird looking water in spots with bubbles. We went to the hot tub and found tha wooden board on top of it. Hot tub wasn't working either. The doors that went to the parking lot from room had room to see right through on the trim. If I were being chased by someone and needed a solid door no one could break into...this wouldn't be the door. We decided that we wanted to move on to a different hotel as it was completely unsatisfying and we didn't feel like it was a very safe place. We contacted front desk for a refund as we were barely there 15 minutes. Staff was extremely rude. We contacted Expedia, who we got the reservation through, and talked to them. We ended up with a 50 dollar credit and a refund on 1 room. I wouldn't consider this place as a place to stay if you want to be comfortable and feel relatively safe.

This review is hard. Nothing particularly wrong with this hotel. Didn't get a chance to swim or try the breakfast. Check-in service was cold but efficient. Rooms were clean, but out dated. No charging stations. Had to crawl under the desk to unplug the lamp. Another lamp was out of service (dead plug), which left only 1 for light. Tub was leaking, but hey, not my water bill. IMO severely overpriced. Needs to come down about 40%. If you get a good deal, maybe consider it. Otherwise, it's just pretty average.

Indoor pool was not heated and was not enjoyable to be in at all. Room was stinky but was a non smoking room ? Ran down in my opinion. I did like that they had a 2 ft section of the pool that my almost 3 year old loved she could swim with ease. She enjoyed it but couldn't enjoy it with her. The air conditioner in the room was very sqeeky and made it hard to fall asleep.

The place is old with with fresh coat of paint. The room was clean enough…. it is a pet friendly motel..we had a howling dog in the room next to us..6:30 am!! Picked up the phone to call the front desk..it doesn’t actually connect, pool was freezing cold, hot tub was covered with a board and plants laid on top….did I mention the train that went by 4 times in 8 hours…blowing its horn LOUDLY…Stay somewhere else you will be glad you did.

Pros: Rooms were clean and comfortable. Nice breakfast options. Concerns: The equipment in the Fitness Center was not working. No charging stations. The first night I stayed I was in a room where the door didn’t lock. I was moved to another room for the rest of my stay. The staff was friendly but it would take a while to get help.

Indoor pool not heated (told it leaked and had to filled every couple of days) hot tub did not work (was told it hasn't in years). But neither of these facts were not mentioned when making reservations. Ceiling fan in Breakfast room has blades covered in dust and dirt. Breakfast prepackaged honeybees, cereal nothing hot. Will not stay in another Wyndham property or Baymount!!!!!

Very disappointed. Felt like it was a bait and switch. Pool has a leak and the maintenance refill it every other day. Room was rented for 4 adults had to ask for more towels. Only 2 pillows per bed and they were small not standard size. Renovations are being done by substandard people using substandard material. Would not stay in another Wyndam property after this. Pricing was low ,so I guess you get what you pay for.

We stayed at Baymont by Wyndham & really enjoyed our stay! We have already set up reservations for our next stay. I'm very impressed with the rooms. Very spacious & clean & the price is right. I love the floors in the room (No carpet). The staff is awesome & friendly. They make you feel at home. They're still doing renovations, but they hardly know because it's quiet. The kids really enjoyed the pool & it's awesome because it's indoors!!! I highly recommend you check them out it you need a place to stay, you won't regret it!

I really try to give businesses the benefit of the doubt, but this is pretty bad. My mom booked our two rooms online months ahead of time. When we arrived they weren't sure which rooms were clean or ready for us and it took about 30mins to check in. The rooms we got which were supposed to be near one another weren't working (something with the lock) and the TV is so extremely grainy it's giving 1985 at max. I know they are outrageously under staffed but this is really bad. Also the AC is so loud you can't hear each other speak 🤣

I would give it no stars, but that was not an option. Multiple rooms with busted out windows. Pool was dirty, breakfast was a joke, and in the middle of my shower, they turned the water off to the hotel. There is no one ever at the front desk. Towel rack in the bathroom. Was hanging off the wall. Open hole in the wall with wires just hanging there. Hands down the worst hotel I have ever stayed at.

Old and cheaply remodeled with laminate flooring tiles that aren't even stuck to the floor none of them. It was clean but smelled oddly. Don't waste money on room with breakfast...it's not worth half what they charged and the coffee unpalatable. Check in person wasn't rude but not welcoming for sure especially after it twigged I was with my partner and only had a king bed booked. It's cheap so worth it for one night I guess.

The motel is a large, but old building. It is in need of repair. It is in the process of repairing and upgrading. The whirlpool was boarded over and hopefully will be repaired. The swimming pool is large and shaped like a club in the game of cards. The different sections have different depths it has a toddler pool section that's roped off and then the two remaining parts of the club are for larger children and adults. The staff was friendly and helpful. When the motel is finished being reconditioned I expected will be a very nice place. In the meantime it gives a very good breakfast including make your own waffles. There are 3 big conference rooms that I noted. This would be very nice place for a small convention.

Staff was very accommodating, updated our room from what was reserved based on need. Room was clean and fresh. Bed is comfortable. Shower has top notch water pressure. Pool is nice. Has 6ft area. Very happy with our stay

To me this was a rather interesting visit based on the history of the hotel. I found out upon arrival that this is a former Holiday Inn Holidome hotel. Current ownership has had this hotel for a couple of years, and have been busy trying to renovate it. Overall I think they have done a pretty good job. For me this was a great no-frills visit/stay. The room was clean, the beds were clean, and I thought very comfortable with a great sleep. I will definitely be back to this facility when in the area.

Wonderful stay! Got to park right in front of my room, big plus for luggage packed travel. Access to the GIANT POOL was so fast and close to all parts of the hotel. Breakfast was accommodating. Check in and check out was simple. Very nice and friendly employees :D big plus is provided pool towels!

It was a pleasant experience from start to finish. It's to be noted that it's currently under renovations to fix up the rooms from when it was under a different name and management, but the room we got was amazing, even got upgraded for a king so that people with pets can have access to the outside. Staff are super friendly and attentive, the rooms looked amazing and the beds were supremely comfortable. The pool is open and while the water is cold, it was a relaxing swim, plus, how many hotels still have CLOVER shapes pools?! Hands down, a great time even though for a night. Would highly recommend for a stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We liked that the pool was open until 11pm so we were able to do our sight seeing and still use the pool! Service was amazing, the moment we asked for anything the staff was on it. Breakfast was very good. Hotel room was clean as was the building. We will definitely be using them again.
