Very good skills and service. But very expensive. 39 Euro per men's cut.

I asked them to refresh my cut, I'm a male with short hair: easy. In the salon via the mirror the cut was looking ok, not special. But right after a friend told me I had a weird cut, back home I realised that the details are chaotic, the contour of my ears are surper weird, details are not done my neck looks awful. (See pictures taken when back home) I don't like to complain but : I paid 45€ !!!! Knowing that the price displayed on the web site was 25€ to 35€, 45 is the "top stylist" I'm wondering what was the other options (?) Not cutting hair maybe and to be honnest it would have been better because I can't stay like that ! Edit: I sent them a message, trey proposed me a free cut as a compensation.

I had a wonderful experience at Noon. Jenny was my stylist, she did a great job, Love my hair now as I was ready to chop! She suggested a few layers, I agreed, she was an expert at cutting/styling hair. I would highly recommend this salon. When I return to Germany, I will go again!

I was here just for my bridal makeup. I wanted it to be very natural and it turned out great! I have rarely met someone who is so good with make-up. During the makeup test, she even took off some of the makeup around her eyes without the rest looking blurry. She's also very good at plucking eyebrows, so you don't even feel any tugging. I can recommend her without reservation! She is also very personable!

It was my first visit at NOON and I felt that the atmosphere was a bit chaotic (I had to wait quite some time until I was recognized and seated). I had a calligraphy cut (for the first time) by Diana. She works very precise and I can absolutely feel a difference in my hair. Also, she gives amazing massages when washing your hair! What I was not happy about is the condition of the restroom - it needs a deep clean and a light renovation.

Ich hatte heute um 9.00Uhr einen Termin für eine Balayage und bin mehr als zufrieden. Die Mitarbeiterin ( ich weiß leider den Namen nicht,vielleicht könnt ihr ihn mir nachträglich nennen ;) ) war von Anfang sehr sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. I’m sorry to say this place completely ruined my hair. To the point of having to cut a significant amount off. I came in because I had time to kill, and the salon was highly recommended to me by a local friend. I wanted to adjust my colour (fading highlights and 2 years of root growth with the aim to go natural) to allow my natural grey to come through as subtly as possible. The aim was not to allow my grey to grow out completely over time. I discussed this with a senior colourist, who was sadly not available during my stay. The job was passed on to another stylist, with my agreement - but I assumed this person would have a similar skill level. It seems she did not. I was there for over 6.5 hours!! whilst the stylist fried my hair into a golden blonde colour. Not only was it not what I wanted, my hair - healthy, with a natural light curl, is now dead straight brittle straw. I watch loads of broken pieces fall to the floor every time I brush it. I have NEVER had hair break before in my life. She also cut it dry (presumably to save time), which made it look worse. I paid over EUR300 for the appointment. I complained and went back two days later for a correction with the original colourist to tone down the colour (it really only made a marginal difference) and for a conditioning treatment, but the damage was done. The salon did acknowledge there was a problem. 3 months later, it’s now growing out exactly how I did NOT want it - dark roots into blonde hair. It’s the absolute opposite of what I went there for. And I am a native German speaker, so it was not down to a language/comprehension issue. My hair is absolutely ruined. I’ve spent a fortune on professional conditioning since returning to London, and will have to spend more money having it re-coloured when the condition of my hair has eventually improved (current tests show that any further colour would literally frazzle it) but essentially I am going to have to cut a lot more of it off. My long healthy hair was my “crowning glory”. Everyone used to compliment me on how healthy, bouncy and shiny it was, especially given I’m in my mid-50s. That’s gone. It will take years to grow it back to where it was, if it ever does. I know there are far more important things in the world than hair, but I still hate how it looks every time I catch sight of myself in the mirror. I expect that if I had stayed in Hannover, the salon would have tried to do more to fix it over time. But I don’t live there, and frankly, the damage is done and I would never go there again. My advice - check and double check the experience of who you allow to put chemicals on your head.

I have been a customer of Noon for a long time. During the last few appointments, I occasionally had the impression that I was being ripped off because I always paid different prices for the same service (washing, cutting, blow-drying). Today €90 was claimed, even though the price on Noon's website is €75. When I asked, I was told that this price was due to the hair care and an increased price of the service - this increased price is not comprehensible or marked on the website. Furthermore, before washing my hair, I said that I didn't want any additional hair care. This was not respected. Despite the good haircuts, this will be my last appointment with Noon as I really felt like I had knowingly been ripped off yet again. Incidentally, other customers also share this experience in these reviews.

I went to get my coloring done in this salon, I asked for a slightly complex color so Marcel gave me very, very good advice. Onia was very, very adorable to me and she has magical hands. I loved the end result, only small downside...the price. On the internet and in the store window Cetais rates 65 euros for the coloring knowing that I have very short hair and I paid double at the checkout. Otherwise other than that, it was great!

I'm just completely happy and satisfied every time. During my time at noon individual hair and afterwards, I got along very well with my haircut and felt beautiful. Thanks for that. ❤️ Greetings
