    Fantastic service from one of their workers Mr. Weber to be precise. Showed us around, provided detailed explanation and very respectful. Ended up buying a Hyundai i20.     Brilliant for years. Very nice service professionals. Thank you Mr Weber for the beautiful vehicle. Making an appointment, on the phone, as a customer is uncomplicated. TÜV appointments, workshop appointments... I receive very good service. The store is always clean and the waiting area is comfortable, but it needs some updating but it is sufficient.

    Good advice and everything was done to my satisfaction. A test drive with a used vehicle, which we had chosen, was possible without any problems. Ultimately we decided on a vehicle (Hyundai I30) with daily registration. Our wishes, such as all-weather tires and bumper protection, were fulfilled. Many thanks to the Hyndai/Pagel team Lahe.     We have bought 3 cars from Honda pagel Lahe over the last 13 years , all cars have been super quality and have never Broke down. The Ladies at Reception have always been super polite and have always given us the Best service in the quickest time possible . Even where minor misunderstandings happen the Staff have always been very professional and Strive to find the right Answer so that all sides are happy. All in all a great car Dealer and Freindly Atmosphere.

    Bought car from this autohaus. Was a very pleasant experience, everything went very smooth. Conversation was in english despite the ad in autoscout24 saying they speak only german. Car was prepared before delivery, looking like new, although it's 9 years old. 100% would recommend 😃

Kontakt hatte ich über eine Anzeige auf Insta aufgenommen, worauf mich eine Hyundai Callcenteragentin angerufen hatte, um eben näheres zu klären und mir mitteilte, das sich eben das Autohaus Pagel melden wird. Das geschah auch sehr zeitnah. Ein sehr freundlicher Mitarbeoter besprach mit mir alles und wir fanden auch sehr bald einen Termin. Den Tag dort angekommen, wurde ich sehr freundlich begrüßt, der Papierkram erledigt und ich wurde in das bereitstehen Fahrteug eingewiesen und konnte dann starten.     Man fühlt sich willkommen und wird freundlich behandelt. Super Beratung, eine Probefahrt konnte auch schnell und unkompliziert vereinbart werden. Für uns hat alles gepasst, daher haben wir den Kauf abgeschlossen. Dank Frau Bergmann wurden die Vordersitze nochmal gereinigt und alles bei Abholung durchgegangen und kontrolliert. Vielen Dank!

    Unfriendly treatment of customers. Point 1 If I were to describe the way I was treated as business-like, that would be nice. I found the treatment of the lady at reception to be borderline rude - a shame, especially since polite treatment is important to me personally. However, it doesn't seem to be the case for everyone. And I'm not talking about the “customer being king” - I don't believe in that at all since I work in the service sector myself. But you can be nice and polite. Point 2 We had the problem that rust was forming in several places in the trunk area of ​​our Hyundai (built in 2018). After we explained our concerns, we were informed that the guarantee only applies in the event of rusting through from the inside out. I'm sorry, what ? Where's the difference ? We found the way we were treated as a person and the way we dealt with our problem to be unfriendly and inadequate. At another Hyundai dealership there was no problem getting the damage repaired under warranty.
