    We picked up our electric car subscription a few days ago. The employees were friendly and competent. 10:30 a.m. was a good time in Hanover, the traffic was manageable. We currently have an error message on the on-board computer, let's see how customer service deals with it.

    Worst experience ever, they can’t even wait 15 minutes to give me the car, I am wondering why they are asking me for the flight number?? I have no other options, after spending the night on an hotel as recommended by the customer service, to pick up my car the next day! The next day, they told me we have no cars, and my reservation was cancelled. I would like to thank you for ruining my day. I do not recommend to rent cars from this company.

    It was great. I booked the car online at 36€/day with a Loss Damage Waiver with an excess of EUR 450.00. At the Sixt desk they offered me to get a LDW of 0 EUR and I accepted. The total final amount was 43€/day. Very fast process on rental and on return. The car did only 180 Km when I rented it. It was really new! The mobile navigation system was included in the price. No hidden prices. No expense for car washing. Great value for money!

Sauberkeit könnte auch verbessert werden besonders Trinkhalter/Ablage etc. Leider war es das erste und letzte Mal mieten auch wenn ich bei Euch meine Personalrabatte benutzten kann. Achtet bitte beim Einsteigen auf Schäden und Kilo/Tankstand, fotografiert am besten alles . Nie wieder SIXT !!!!
