The location really is only 5 minutes from the airport. Staff was exceptionally helpful, both at check in and when taking the private hotel cab for our early morning flight. The room is very comfortable and the bed and pillows were just right. We had Deluxe Quad Room with 02 Queen size beds, so plenty of bed space for both of us. The in room complimentary water, tea, and coffee,... are nice to have.

The owner was very accommodating & kind. Very basic so don't expect too much but for an airport transfer it was perfect.

The place is exactly the same as the photos on the google. It's good, really clean and the staff is very accomodating. They can support all for us and responds quickly. They even helped us to collect our big luggage for both checkin in and out. Definitely recommend Chio hotel to some one looking for the hotel nearby Nui Bai airport.

The hotel manager can speaking English very well. Which made our stayed in Chio much easier. We can asking where to go, where is the best restaurant, what to do, … and hotel staff arrange the cab to airport at 3.30 AM with price 5 USD (It’s close to the airport, it’s really good price for private car and the driver already waiting for you at the lobby). Definitely recommend Chio Hotel.

This hotel is absolutely perfect to short break for the transit flight in Hanoi. It's closed to the airport. Lots of restaurants and small shops close by the Chio Hotel. It's a big room and very clean. All the employees is wonderful. I highly recommend it.

Pls, for your safety, do NOT book this place... I stayed for one night and it was horrible. The hotel is located in a very dangerous area. I got surrounded by 4 men as soon as I tried to get out to get some water. They wanted to rob me. The room was very dirty and had mold all over the ceilings... The owner of the place was incredibly rude when I left in the morning, making fun of me for wanting to take a taxi instead of the bus. He was very insistant and even tried to grab my luggage when I repeatedly told him not to. I was very scared and ran away. I suspect them to have biased reviews, because they somehow "cancelled" my stay the next morning on Hostelworld so I don't write a review on the platform. I reached out to the help department on Hostelworld to flag this and how unprofessional/irresponsible they are for doing this.

The location is perfect for lay-overs. I liked the express check-in and check out from reception. Over and done with in less than 5 mins. There were hotel cab waiting us even at 3:45AM at the lobby to taking us to airport. The staff were friendly and the room was big. Perfect for short stay

Our flight left really early in the morning and we were offered breakfast to go which was convenient. Location is good and the private cab sẻvice from Chio Hotel with price 100 000 VND ride to the airport is perfect. There were also many restaurants nearby the hotel.

Clean and close to airport. I was only there one night - late night arrival and early morning departure the next morning. My room was comfortable, clean and the modern bathroom and shower were very much appreciated after a long days travel.

Great staff that really helped out with our quick stay in Hanoi, they always helped organizing transport, laundry, anything we needed. The location was convenient to the airport and had a lot of small roadside restaurants. Expedia mentioned free breakfast but it wasn’t, for a small fee, a made to order breakfast can be included and it was delicious. Rooms are basic and just what you need for a short stay.

The hotel owner was very friendly and kind. He picked us up at the airport in the middle of the night (7USD). Our room was upgraded for free to a more spacious one. But most of all, the service was great! He helped us to get a Vietnamese SIM card and helped us solving issues with our bus to Ha Giang. Thank you very much!

Stayed here during a layover: close to the airport, great service, and the room was just what we needed. We checked in late evening and they were super friendly - they even got us back to the airport safely early the next morning. Would recommend.

This hotel is basic and could do with some fresh paint, but it has lots of plus points. It's near the airport, is clean and has everything you need to freshen up before flying home. The room has an ensuite shower room with toiletries and a hair dryer, and there's a mini bar in your room as well as air con. The staff are really friendly and helpful and their English is pretty good. If you order instant noodles they will actually bring you bowls of proper chicken noodle soup. The only downside is the presence of mosquitoes, so bring your Raid.
