After 2 days of travel to Hanoi we were exhausted when we arrived at this newer hotel, and had a great stay. Right away the staff was really nice and welcoming. We got a private room with bathroom and felt like we got really lucky. The room was huge, clean and everything new! The bed was also more comfortable than many we have had throughout Asia. This hotel is right by everything too, so we had no trouble finding good food and things to do.

Amazing hostel. Everything is brand new and very well thought out. It has everything you need. The manager is great and was very helpful. Has good food and a good atmosphere. It was my birthday the night we stayed and we had a great night out. I can't imagine there is a better hostel in Hanoi.

Not their fault, but there was construction going on at the adjacent building with extremely loud drilling at 6am on a Saturday morning, definitely ruined my plans to sleep in. The rooms were clean, bathrooms clean, staff was nice. The breakfast was a bit meager compared to other hostels I've stayed in Vietnam (not buffet).

Great place to stay! The staff speak fluent English and are very helpful! Don't lose the chance to ask some tips on where to go or where to eat! They will surprise you! Room are clean, same as the bathroom! Big showers with shampoo and body soap. Breakfast is ok, coffee is not bad! From 18 to 19h one free beer at the first floor to create connection between the roommate, nice idea!

Complimentary breakfast, fresh beer and a big parking for vehicles or bicycles. However, the cheapest dorm has around 20 or more beds so it might be worth to pay extra for the 4 or 6 bed dorm. I liked the staff and the way the treated guests. I would go back there.

What a lovely hostel! A relaxed cafe and seating area on the ground floor and a chill out area with a pool table, table football, and a movie area on the 6th floor made this the perfect place to relax and unwind. The dorms are clean and comfortable, and curtains surrounding each bed ensure one has privacy, quiet and peace to sleep. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful and the food here is superb, especially the free breakfast. Wish I had more time to spend here!

I've never been more impressed in my life. I purchased a private room which was not only spacious but provided a very comfortable bed too. The facilities were extremely clean and management were extremely helpful. I was blown away with the Manager and Clover, who made me feel so comfortable there.They provided some of the best quality information for site seeing, restaurants and nice places to meet others. The location was one of the best, situated a couple streets away from the night market and only a couple of roads away from some amazing restaurants, just ask and they'll tell you the best places to eat. However, the one thing that I was shocked the most about, was how respectful yet generous they were, Clover and the Manager went beyond what was expected of them and as a result I will be returning. 100% recommend to all. Thanks Legend, you made my experience in Hanoi worth while.

The staff are incredibly helpful and friendly and will go out of their way in many circumstances to help you, for example I was very ill one night and at 5am they arranged and paid for a taxi to get me to the hospital. I can’t thank them enough for all the different ways they’ve made my life easier whilst being here! The hostel itself is of a very high quality standard, beds are comfy and clean, the food is very nice and there is a great social atmosphere, particularly on the top floor common area. Free beer every evening 6-7pm and good music throughout the day! Can’t say fairer than that! For what you get the price is incredibly affordable Oh - the WiFi is quick too!

Great staff and location but the rooms were extremely cramped compared to other hostels. Stayed in a 4 bed bunk room, which didn't have a proper door lock. The corridor on the 4 bunk rooms did have a lock but was left open constantly.

I stayed in a 8bed dorm right at the top of the building with a private bathroom and lockers which was actually really good but I had friends that stayed in the 4bed dorms and they did not look comfortable. Rooms are very small in the 4bed dorms and some people sais they couldn't lock their door. There is a main door to a few rooms which has a lock on but people leave it open. Overall I would recommend this hostel but don't expect amazing service from the staff and expect basic shared amenities.

I booked with them, 3 weeks in advanced. I showed up, they overbooked and the female dorms were no longer available. They overrode everyone's booking just to accommodate a big group. Horrible. Inconvenient.

I had a wonderful stay here. I booked 1 bed in 8 bedroom and it was great. So peaceful and clean. The bed was spacious and comfortable. The location of this hostel is just great too, located strategically within old quarter. The staffs were super friendly and helpful. The tour desk it great as many option for your choice . . If I am back in Hanoi I would love to stay here again.
