This was good hotel. very clean room and kindly people. This is like home. If i visit Hanoi again, I stay here.

Small hotel but nice. The rooms were neat and clean. Reception staff were efficient. Other staff were helpful. Breakfast quality was also good. Their service was commensurate with the price. All in all it is quiet and beautiful hotel.

If you stay as a tourist in Hanoi avoid this hotel. It's simply much to far from the city center. The area around the hotel is very loud and dirty. The standard rooms are clean and offer a good comfort. The breakfast is not so good.

This is the second time. Everything is good. The receptionist and bellman still remember me, they welcome me warmly. It took a short time to check in, I was very satisfied. Moreover, they recommend many attractive places, they are very helpful. The room attendants are friendly too. Love!
