This restaurant has a nice lake view. They accommodated us even without booking. Clean and spacious restaurant, good food and clean toilet.

This open air restaurant-lounge-bar-café features main Vietnamese dishes, drinks and beers of all kinds and fresh shakes/smoothies. All day dining in a picturesque setting facing Hanoi’s central Hoàn Kiếm Lake (Turtle Lake). Busy at night; friendly and partly English-speaking staff. Very nice place to hang out, eat out. Good for groups, couples and singles alike.

The place is really nice and it has a great view, but the food is the cherry on top.

Amazing Food. We stopped for food when walking round the Lake. The belly pork and fried rice with beef was Amazing. We also had Cocktails and Hanoi Beer. If you want a European style meal. The Spaghetti Bolognese is also a fab choice. With drinks our bill was about £20 per person.

Great hot and cold lattes. Food was ok. I ordered a beef with garlic vegetables and it came out with well done beef and only one vegetable. I addressed my concern to the staff that I thought the dish would have multiple vegetables and wished to change my dish. They (management) did not allow it. Not the right answer customer service wise. We were a party of four in town for a week. If they had more flexibility we certainly may have returned for the coffees but we took our patronage elsewhere.

The service is good. Fried rice was good too. OtherIse the beef was too chewy, I didn't like it. There's a lot of noise where they put us.

Good place to chill beside the lake, especially on Friday nights or weekends, as the road in front of the lounge becomes a walking street. Pretty cool coffee over here!

A luxury restaurant- coffee which has an amazing view to Hoan Kiem lake. However, do not ever order any cake here. I tried tiramisu here and it was really really bad, not worth the price of around 5USD at all.

Nice spot for a bite to eat and something cool to drink.

Night and Day. From being invisible to being serviced, my experience at Luc Thuy is positive. With the view of the lake, a lantern Christmas Tree and a hot pot of oolong tea, my mood is turning 180 degrees and I am much happier. A very beautiful place to be welcomed to Hanoi. I’d recommend this place.

Worst place in Hanoi to have Vietnamese food. Food quality is extremely low and the price is way too high. With that price, there are many better options elsewhere in Hanoi. I understand that people may come here for a cup of coffee which is fine. But don't ever come here for food.

Vegetarian pizza, very basic base, not to Any Italian standard, toppings were very good. Mango juice was very good but had to send first one back Bcs they added milk. And a zero coke for 328,000 VND would have been nice to get the correct change back and not chosen the tip on my behalf.

Only had coffee, but I'm sure the food would be good as well. Nice outdoor seating area to enjoy the lake view and ambiance.

They don't have food, today only pho. They allow us to bring in the street food from outside (the one wrapped in green leaves). Only good thing is the scenery here as its next to the lake.

Great location. Not sure about other dishes but the Vietnamese food here aren’t good at all especially the crab spring rolls. I’m totally disappointed. Service is ok. Just an overpriced 2-3 star restaurant!

This restaurant is located at the river side. You can enjoy the food with the lake scenery. It served Vietnamese and Asian Food, food is okay only.

Best eating place with a lake view to enjoy drinks and spend time with family and friends. Try the Pizza 4 loai phô mai!!

Very expensive by Hanoi standards and service is with a smile but so chaotic. Buy 2 beers and get one one free but the price is high and the free glass half full

The lake view is the only redeeming factor. The pizza was clearly frozen, the fried rice was dry and tofu was mediocre at best. Wouldn’t go here for the food.

Sat at table waited for 10 minutes to get served, totally ignored, as soon as we left the waiter was at the table cleaning down the seats.. all a bit strange 🤔 we think it was because we didn't look posh enough to dine here.. got served straight away at next restaurant no problems.
