This is definitely a place to stop for a good local meal. The set menu is more than enough food. Recommended through a local travel agency, it is safe for foreigners to eat. Cinnamon is a small restaurant that you get to through a hallway and up some stairs. Just like many places in Vietnam, the restaurant is a little warm and can be slightly uncomfortable to eat in if you are already hot so choose the best temperature and time of day to visit. I would come again with future guests.

Recommend to me by an ex pat friend who has known the owner for many years, this newly opened restaurant in the heart of the old quarter is fabulous. We had fresh spring rolls, chicken in shiitake sauce and tofu in bean sauce. The food was so good that we were still talking about it days later. The staff speak excellent English and are really friendly and helpful, giving us advice on how to get to train street, which was a lot of fun. We recommend this restaurant without hesitation and will definitely go again when we return to Hanoi in a couple of weeks. Don’t miss out.

Very good service. It was one of the better places we've been to in Vietnam for their table service. The meals were very nice, as was the wine and beer. Nice and quiet, which is a good change from the busy street.

I ve been 2 nights and Hanoi and I had my both dinners at Cinnamon Restaurant! The food is delicious, restaurant is very clean and beutiful, staff so much friendly! I will be back for sure!!!

Really worth it. The restaurant is located on the 1st floor, they have 3 kinds of menu formula, one vegetarian and the other 2 with meat. We choose menu 2 which was delicious. Try it out, you will not be disapointed.

Foods was so so I rate 3 stars for foods but for the services was 1 star. In my salad dish i got one long hair, i called waiter and showed him then he said sorry but he did not take a hair through away, he left in my table. He always focus on his tel phone. But i said sorry to us about the hair on salad dish and discout 10% on the bill. Thats was ok. I just want to share more information for you guy about this restaurant. But for us first time as last time !

Their vegetarian options were decent. Fried spring rolls were light, crispy, and flavorful. Staff were nice, the service was fine. The restaurant is located in a busy tourist area. I would highly recommend this place over the outdoor, sit-in restaurants nearby where the food is probably not good.

Very tasty Vietnamese cuisine - we had crispy hot spring rolls, satay beef and vegetables in yellow curry sauce - all delicious, and promptly served in peaceful and tasteful surroundings. Much better spiced than the cheaper food we ate for lunch in the same road. The Cinnamon is slightly more expensive but worth it.

Went 3 times .Reasonable price and portions. Tasty food. Good atmosphere. Good service. 5 stars...yeh!

Really intimate restuarant that can seat around 20 people This means the staff are on hand to look after you every step of the way The food was a set menu which was a great way to experience the local cuisine it also had one of the best cocktails I've had on the trip Would recommend you seek the venue out and experience lady Cinnamons food

Just had a great meal tons of flavours and very nice staff ! Maybe a bit more money but for the quality and freshness totally worth it !!! I had the pomelo salad with prawns as a starter so yummy ! Make your own choice you can’t go wrong all looked great .

Thanks for Cinnamon restaurant. It’s really memorable experience in our holiday in vietnam. That was so lovely Vietnamese meal. I ordered Rolled deep fried prawns with mustard leaves for my appetizer which served by kind staffs. Then for my main, we had Beef Luc Lac and Stir-fried duck in sweet and sour sauce - perfect dinner. Again thanks so lots.

Chic deco with authentic Vietnamese cuisine. Reasonably priced, expect to spend between 200k to 300k Dong per pax. Food is very delicious. Very good service too.

We ordered à la carte as we weren’t ready for a big meal that night. Everything was very tasty, seasoned just right, without being too salty or too sweet. The portions were generous. The atmosphere was very pleasant although eerie would have liked to have some nice background Vietnamese music.

Have to admit that it's really a great great restaurant. Good food, good environment and good service. Can't almost chew things because of my brace and then the waiter gave me a fork and a knife! It's so sweet! Thank you! But A little hard to find the restaurant. It's on the second floor after walking into the alley.
