Its really sad that i came to hanoi...and google decided i had visited burfer king enough to need to review it. I visited here daily...to buy our daughter ice cream and french fries. Decently clean, nice staff...its a BK.

Better than western Burger Kings. Just avoid the drunken western tourists in this area. A lot of them around and make the area uncomfortable. This BK takes it's time getting your order, but always fresh and hot.

In Thursday they have promotion: buy 1 burger and get 1 free! So nice!

Arrived to a basically empty restaurant, no one in line. Placed and purchased order 12:55 arrived at table at 1:08 with no cup for drink. So it's not fast food. I ordered the double Whopper Jr and it came covered in BBQ sauce. The patties were dry. The fries were good & hot. No free refills on drinks. They do offer free WiFi.

Nice to have some western food after 4 weeks on noodels and rice. Burger King Hanoi was very slow in serving, and eating area was``nt clean, the floor was very dirty. Food looked and tasted like Burger King.

This is located upstairs with a couple other fast food places. Prices are a little high and the seating area wasn't clean, but the food is good, they even had real ketchup! ;)

Wanted to have a whopper. Arrived at 10:00PM and we were told by staff they were closing earlier than advertised at 11PM so we couldn’t order anything. A bit annoying given we specifically walked across the city to find an open Burger King.

This place is defo not worth it, big disappointment, the whopper is cold, not the original, they put weird sauce on it instead. Staff is indifferent. Overpriced. Don’t go here. If you really want a burger find another place!

I have been buying burger king the the past 3 years. One day I pass by and borrow the toliet on the 2nd as I was urgent . They say it's not allowed for not dining in. What a bad experience I had ever for eating there for the past 3 years. Anyway ,the customer has gone lesser and lesser.

Very slow service for an empty place. The parking attendant wasn't interested in moving bikes around so I could park, the inside was just as hot as the outside. Did I forget slow as snail service as expected anywhere in Vietnam.
