Masseur Thinh has very good skills. I love his warm and strong hands! He is able to connect with me! Feels so good from his touch. He's also very handsome! this is a much better place than the other 100k sauna around town.

Legit men spa with totally relaxing atmosphere. No hard sell, no forced tipping and extremely friendly staff! Thinh is the best: his is strong and responsive! So good I wanted to extend my session but he was booked for day! Looks like I'll have to wait till the next trip. Ask for Thinh if you are here.

Very nice place. Cozy, clean and quiet. The atmosphere is peaceful, there is a nice sent and music playing in the background. My full body massage was really pleasant and very relaxing.

New spa, less than a month, located at 2nd floor of the building, accessible by lift only. Nice decoration and aromatic smell. Professional and patient, consultant is fairly proficient in English. 350k for 60min, 450k for 90 min session, spa massage+scrub. Minimum tip is apparently 50k. Mixed gender place. The male masseur was very gentle. Highly recommended if you are into spa style of gentle massage.

One of the best places to get a massage in Hanoi. I’ve been twice and the male masseurs at Akira haven’t disappointed. The massages were strong and professional. There is also a hot pool and sauna to relax in after the massage if you have time to kill. Highly recommended.

A bit quirky but my partner and I both had a very relaxing afternoon steam and onsen followed by a nice firm deep tissue massage. Both our masseurs were fun.

Very calm and warm atmosphere starting from reception. When I came there, administrator let me a cup of tea and gave me a treatments menu. Massage was very nice. It's a clean place with clean towels and comfortable temperature. There's a shower room, and locker for valuables. It's possible to pay by cash or by card (with extra fee). Small note: you have to get off your shoes after entrance, if you don't want to stay in shower with bare feet, take your clean flip flops with you (there are some in the shower, but it's shared between clients).

Spa in central, near old quarter Hanoi and temple literature, very nice place for tourists after long day trips , music, space and aroma are perfect. Cute therapist given to us a good massage and skin care session . Its in my favorite already!

The massage was usual, It is super cold in the massage cabin. Moreover, the owner kept sharing with me price list with discount in case of combo, which I did. But in the end they charged me full price + tips.

Environment is nice and quiet, although the entrance is hard to find. Reservation via WhatsApp is easy and instant. It’s just walking distance from my hotel, which is convenient. Friendly staff.

My visit at Akira Spa was a complete bliss. I indulged a 60-minutes oil massage where my therapist worked the knots out of my should blades and neck. Because it was very relaxing and soothing one, I had my forty winks inside the massage room.lol The staff gave exceptional service. I also like the serenity of the place. Great place. I was at first a bit hesitant, but the owner speaks good English and is very responsive, which helped to decide. The massage was very relaxing, I was not confident about the acupoint pressure one so I chose the Swedish one. The masseur was skilled but also quite handsome, which is always a nice addition. I was positively surprised, he never pressed for or mentioned tips (which may be a bother in Thailand). I was happy to tip him afterwards though. After massage I stayed in their onsen to relax. My first visit to such place. Quite nicely surprised to see so many good looking locals despite being there on Tuesday. Overall very nice, relaxing experience and highly recommend!

Akira is a beautiful spa. I had easy and professional communication with the owner in setting up my appointment. He takes his job seriously and maintains a very high quality of service. He is friendly and dedicated to customer service. I was very jet-lagged, so I arranged for a facial service to rejuvenate my appearance. After the facial, performed by a courteous and experienced lady, I can honestly say that I looked five years younger. I was so happy. After that, I went upstairs for a long massage experience to recover from the 22 hours of flying. My male massage therapist was an expert with pressure and creating a delightfully calming and relaxing experience. His technique matched the best spas in the world that I've experienced. He knew when to push muscles hard to remove knots and when to go softer. The therapist was exceptionally well trained and experienced. It was two hours of massage heaven. I have no hesitation in recommending Akira in the heart of Hanoi. It is a classy place, and you can leave there feeling like you had a beautiful taste of the vibrant and historic city. Europeans and Americans will be highly comfortable in the care of this brilliant team. Go there!
