It was a Long day for us from old quarter roaming around and Midori was perfect spot to relax and have massage. Great service from reception all the way to the masseuse. Price wise - can be on mid-range due to its location. But with the service you get, you won’t feel that you’re paying too much. In fact, you will ended up even tipping the masseuse with their excellent service. Make sure to book this place or just walk-in; they’ll be happy to assist you. You can either choose female/male masseuse no issue. We paid 260k dong per person for an hour. Definitely will recommend to try this spa.

We visited the Midori Spa today in order to get a full body massage. We were really excited about it as there are blind people from whom you‘ll get the massage. It was the best massage I had in my entire life and the whole stay was just fantastic. We also received some tea as a welcome and over the whole duration of the massage I was absolutely calmed. The receptionist also asked us if we would prefer a female or male masseur which was also a good thing. We can highly recommend the whole stay and if you‘re thinking about taking 60 or 75 minutes just take the massage for 75 minutes as we did only pick the 60 minutes and it went so quickly. :)

I went for a massage and foot reflexology today and it was lovely. I didn't want to leave! The man who did my massage was lovely and very skilled. The spa was beautiful and the atmosphere was very calm and relaxing. If you are in Hanoi, get a massage here. It was a wonderful "last day" activity to do in Vietnam.

This was probably the best massage I've ever had. I got the ninety minute full body massage with acupressure technique and it was incredible. My neck and shoulders were very stiff from traveling and carrying my large backpack around for nearly three weeks, and I left feeling great! The spa itself was beautiful and serene, and Binh was so wonderful and kind. I would highly recommend this spa to any travelers to Hanoi!

I got the aromatherapy full body massage and my fiancee got a facial, each lasting an hour. We were greeted with nice tea. We got beds next to each other in a dark room with 2 other empty beds. Our experience was fantastic! Extremely relaxing and professional. We'll be headed back soon.

All the aches in my back and shoulders were taken care of. Only regret is we took just an hour instead of a longer treatment. Price wise. The masseur knows what they're doing. 5 stars!

One of the best massages I've had and I'm very fussy about my massages. My masseuse was visually handicapped but that didn't stop her from giving me a great massage. She was attentive and very polite. She could speak English too so that was a major plus point. I wouldn't say the environment is great but the massage makes up for it and more. The people that work at midori Spa do the most to ensure that you get a very relaxing and beneficial massage. The blind and visually impaired massage people are very talented and attuned to your every need. I will go back there again the next time I am in Hanoi. I chose the soft option and this was one of the most relaxing massages I have had, as opposed to one which focuses on removing knots. I really enjoyed it and like the social enterprise aspect. The music and atmosphere is so relaxing. Definitely recommend

Was a little afraid before, but the staff was professional to explain everything. Service was perfect. Staff spoke good English. They remembered us as some of us visited before. My masseuse even asked me which part of my body was pain, to recommend the right treatment.

My family and i went for a massage. We took our 16 yr old son& 20 yr old daughter. It was great that they were able to give all four of us a massage at the same time. The way that the rooms is cut up by the silk curtains, it gave both are kids a sense of comfort knowing we were right next to them. My massage was fantastic. I would absolutely recommend it.

Came at the end of my trip. We came in on a Thursday morning to book a couple hours later and they were able to accommodate us. The staff took their time with our spa package and did an excellent job. This place has good value and I would recommend it. To be more specific with the level of massage strength, you should do a quick demonstration instead of relying on the intake form.

What an amazing Thai massage with Mr T. Medium pressure but felt hard. His manipulation of joints and muscles and pressure points was right on the spot. Breath, relax and enjoy. Going back tomorrow for a hot rocks massage can't wait. Highly recommended.

The staff at reception are very sweet and spoke perfect English. I loved the mission of Midori and how they give opportunities to the blind. We really enjoyed our 90 minute Vietnamese massages by a group of visually impaired masseuses - they were very nice and my daughters thought this was the best massage they had in all of Vietnam. Couldn't believe the 90 minutes passed so quickly. Prices were reasonable for the service. I wouldn't call this a high-end massage parlor in terms of the setting or overt pampering, but they do provide an outstanding service right in the middle of Hanoi.

They were very good and staff was very friendly and polite. We visited again couple days later with an appoinent this time. We waited for about five minutes and the massage was very good once again. We had a wonderful experience, when we got there they offered us tea and asked us about our preferences. Randomly found out this place on the street. Luckily The staff and therapist are fluent in English so there weren’t any difficulties in communicating with them. Did a 60-min foot massage and the therapists’ skills are insanely good and on-point. The massage place is clean and relaxing. Price is very reasonable, and they have a no-tipping policy. Very satisfied with the whole experience! Will surely came back again if i visited Hanoi again in the future.

I followed the high reviews and booked a long foot massage. The staff were friendly and the place was nice, but the massage itself was lacklustre. My therapist spent 80% of the treatment massaging my shins using the same movement. As a pretty frequent foot massage client, the treatment experience was a disappointment. Next time, I’d give this one a skip.
