I had a yoga session with Thuong and pilates practice with Ha today at Zenith. They are very professional and passionate. I will surely come back when I am in Hanoi.

The best place for Yoga in Hanoi. The classes are significantly different from yoga studios in general; they don't focus on poses but on connection and understanding of the body and the mind.

Really good yoga studio with European and Vietnamese teachers who all speak event English. Classes are well designed and the cafe does health conscious good value meals and snacks. They also have health drinks like kombucha and are happy to share a piece of the mother.

Visited the studio on a beautiful Saturday and the amazing atmosphere there just took me aback. Beautifully decorated space and friendly staffs give you the incredibly cozy feeling at home. Lovely dishes & dedicated yoga teachers are the most enjoyable aspects. I will stick around with Zenith for long <3

I was traveling in Hanoi and wanted to have a private Pilates lesson. Reservation was easy on the phone as they speak good English, so I could book a private session on the same day. My teacher was very friendly and competent. I would recommend it if you are looking for Yoga or Pilates lessons in Hanoi.

Since I came to Zenith, it has become my second home. The best place in Hanoi to practice and help find inner peace. It is a peaceful and quiet space with a connection to nature. The team are professional, friendly and very experienced.

I’ve recently completed Pilates mat teacher training here at Zenith and I can’t recommend it highly enough. The support from the team throughout the whole process (before, during and after) is top-notch, professional yet super welcoming and helpful. The course was very well put together, offering a balanced combination of anatomy, theories, practices and teaching skills. And Ha the teacher trainer is amazing. She created such a supportive and encouraging environment for us to learn. Not only did she make anatomy so fun and easy to digest but also she inspired us a great deal with her burning passion & enthusiasm for teaching. One more thing I appreciate so much about the school is that students can retake the training again completely for free whenever it is offered in all its associated locations. How amazing and generous is that!!! It was such an enjoyable journey and I’m so glad I chose Zenith!
