Rooms aren't the best but the staff is excellent and very helpful! They have a small restaurant downstairs that was delicious. We booked two tours with them that were mediocre.

· It is not bad for 2-star hotel. If you just need yo sleep at nite, keep your belongings, shower.. this place is enough. Because i spent most of my days outside :) Không thích · The AC is placed on the wall facing the bed, you can get sick with direct exposure of AC for a long time right? Turn it off for a while but the air in Hanoi is just too hot and humid in summer. So, i spent some time to figure out how not to get direct exposure of the AC. The staff should have told me that the water in the room isn't free. I thought a bottle of water is a complementary service.

Perfect location. Staff is awesome, Super kind and helpful. Perfect for someone who wants to save money but does not want to stay in a hostel. They set up airport pick-up/drop-off. Great food as well. Definitely an older room, but are you traveling to Hanoi to admire the updated amenities of your hotel room? I would hope not. Definitely recommend for solo travelers.

The staff here werr quite helpful. There was no lift however and a very steep staircase. I was at the second from to floor working with my headphones on and some random guy opened my door? He said sorry and quickly shut the door but as there was some comotion prior to this and given that my room was only second from the top it seemed to me to be an attempted theft. Unlikly to climb higher than one would need to and if your room is at the top, you would know if you were there or not. Dodgy bloke got a surprise to see me there when he entered. 😂

OMG! There ins't elevator here @.@ you must be crazy for going upstair if your room on 3rd or 4th floor. Poor me. I didn't know this. Moreover, the air condition is too week, telephone is crash. Room is no soundproof. I think I'll neer come back to this hotel again.

NO LIFT!HORRENDOUS ASCENT TO YOUR ROOM take your climbing gear with you.The pits but fairly cheap.Rooms are basic backpackers.

The room is ok, the service is fine, i will come back here on someday :)

This hotel has nice and kind staff and also has nice location from where you want to go . i recommend you it is nice choice to pick this lovely hotel
