The ladies at the front desk are very racist. I am an African American, and every time I go in there they never say hi or welcome me to the library. They will cheerfully welcome every other person that comes in. They will also tell anyone leaving to have a nice day. I have noticed this every time I go there, whether I go in or go out, they are silent and never say anything to me. I am from Schaumburg originally, and have never in my 38 years ever experienced this type of discrimination.

called THIS library because the other one closed early... Tamara at this library tried to click me through because they are supposed to be open till 5PM but were closed at 4:45PM. Book has to go back tomorrow now.... she offered to take receipt and reroute it but it would take about a week... making me REALLY late. must say this was a great meeting and Tamara's phone voice is really exceptional as is her customer service!!! AAA!

This was a very nice library. All the staff was very nice and knowledgeable.

I have been going there for more than 10 years now, friendly staff and wonderful place for the kids and me. Love it!
