This salon is awesome! My stylist Jess totally rocks at cutting my hair, and the rest of the staff have always been super cool. It has a great atmosphere, it's never stuffy. Most of the time I’m greeted by my first name by the owner Trish when I walk in. I like that. There is always a good vibe going and I never feel out of place as a guy going to salon to get my haircut. Jess always knows exactly what I want and gives me the best haircuts ever! We always seems to pick up our conversations where we left off last time I was there. I’ve been to a bunch of high end salons in the valley over the years but this place is hands down my favorite. I seriously can't recommend this salon enough. If you want a great experience and a good vibe, this is the place to go. Big thanks to the crew there for always making me feel special and leaving me with killer hair. You guys truly rock!

Love this place! I always get my appointments in a very timely manner. The environment is clean, spacious, modern, and cheerful. The staff is always very professional. Amanda is my hairdresser, and she is absolutely fabulous. She does a fantastic job on hair and works very quickly and efficiently. I am overall very pleased with Richard Kroll's. You just can't go wrong when you chose Richard Kroll Salon. Kudos to all of them.

My first visit to Richard Kroll Total Image Salon was great! Natasza did my color which was perfect! She cut and styled my hair just as I requested. She did an excellent job! I will positively return and I highly recommend this salon. I also think their pricing is fair and reasonable.

I was a new client in search of some help fast! My first contact was with Trish, on the phone, who couldn’t have been more pleasant and understanding. She scheduled me with Nettie that same day. She was so kind and even stayed a little longer that day because of me. She understood my needs and reassured me that she could help me, which she did, and then some I will never forget her words “ there is always a solution”. Nettie is top notch in her profession and I cannot thank she and Trish enough for their expertise and empathy. Met with Trish in October for a consultation. She was so very knowledgeable and helpful, gave me so many tips on hair care. Yesterday, I had my hair cut and colored by Amanda. I love my new look. She knew just how to cut them to bring more volume! She also gave me great tips on how to style it. 👍👍

Richard Kroll Salon goes above and beyond to help their clients. I have problem with my neck that doesn't allow me to use the salon sink to have my hair washed or colored. They found a solution with the equipment they have and I was able to have my hair washed in a salon for the first time in several years. I am beyond grateful for their creativity in finding a solution for a problem that has limited the services that I could use at a salon. I'm so happy that I found them. The staff was amazing and the facility is very clean. I would highly recommend their services.
