Being
a
long
time
Miller’s
patron,
I
find
myself
needing
to
leave
a
review
after
our
early
dinner
service
today.
The
server
Claire
was
helpful
with
questions
we
had
about
the
menu
and
got
our
order
correct.
Claire
was
a
great
server!
When
a
problem
arose,
food
being
ice
cold
in
the
middle,
we
told
her
and
she
said
she
would
handle
it
for
us.
We
were
then
approached
by
a
manager,
Cheyenne.
Cheyenne
did
not
introduce
herself
or
appear
to
care
about
the
ice
cold
food
or
apologize
for
the
mishap.
She
simply
said,
“well
what
do
you
want
me
to
do?”
I
find
it
very
odd
that
a
manager
would
approach
this
type
of
situation
in
this
manner.
We
asked
for
the
food
to
be
heated
up
and
thanked
her.
Several
minutes
later
she
brings
the
food
back,
sets
it
down
and
walks
away
saying
nothing.
Once
again,
very
odd
behavior
for
a
manager.
Cheyenne
never
came
to
check
how
the
food
was
or
offer
any
type
of
apology.
However,
our
server
did
say
sorry
and
ask
how
the
food
was.
The
food
was
still
cold,
slightly
less
cold
than
it
was
the
first
time,
but
at
this
point
we
were
over
the
experience
and
only
ate
the
outside
parts
that
were
warm.
I
can’t
say
I
would
recommend
this
restaurant
based
on
this
off
putting
behavior.
I
don’t
see
my
family
returning
to
this
establishment.
