I have stayed in many Best Westerns and appreciate the value for the money. I don't need 1st class rooms or service. However, this was the dirtiest one I have ever stayed in across the country. The floors were not vacuumed, the mirror in my room had paint splashed on it, the rooms smelled musty and the air conditioning unit was indeed loud. I had to wash everything I took for one night when I got home to get the smell out. For the conference food, the bagels for breakfast and the bread for lunch were still frozen. The drink machine in the hallway wasn't working, so I couldn't get bottled water. It was convenient since I attended a conference there, and the staff was friendly. There is a Hampton about a block down the road. I plan to stay there if I have another conference to attend at the Best Western.

This place is gross. We aren't picky people and understand that you get what you pay for but this place was extremely dirty. The walls had a bunch of gunk smeared on and a simple sponge would have done a lot. Black hair in several places including on the bathroom counter. Lots of dirt on the floor. Stained sheets. Seriously not worth it! We even paid a premium for a recently "renovated" room. We paid like $245 a night.

Fast, polite service. Clean lobby, dingy hallways but the rooms are nice and clean. They have a nice pool, decent fitness center and a mediocre breakfast which is about on par with most places right now. They do have a bar and grill in the building which has good, friendly service and decent food. There is also a nightclub which I didn't go to. Overall, I was very pleased with my stay here and will certainly go back if I'm in the area.

Stayed at this hotel with membership points. First room that I was given had a carbon monoxide detector going off. Went to front desk and was assigned a new room. Sheets were dirty and shower curtain was moldy in second room. As it was late, we slept on top on the comforter (took a chance) and advised the front desk of the problems in the morning. I asked for new sheets and for the shower curtain to be changed out at the front desk. I was assured that both problems would be addressed that day. Upon returning to our room that night, neither problem was rectified. The next morning. we complained to the front desk clerk who assured us that they would be refunding us our points. This hotel stay was two months ago and I have yet to have my points refunded. I spoke with Best Western who explained that they have no control over the hotel to force them to refund points. I spoke to the front desk on three other occasions and was assured that someone would be in contact with me. Must be phone service has been out as no one has bothered to call me. DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL. It is old, falling apart and is filthy. Management doesn't care about the place and care less about the people who stay there.

I'm a driver for Werner Enterprises. This is one of the hotels the company uses to allow us a place to stay as we have our trucks worked on, during training and change of equipment. I've enjoyed my stay. Nice rooms and friendly staff. They have a good continental breakfast, also. I have a dairy allergy. So, when I saw that one of the mornings they only had cheese omelets, I asked if there were just simple scrambled. One of the staff, Jenn, asked them to make some just for me. Above and beyond! Thank you!

Rooms are "renovated" but there are so many little things wrong. Cheaply done for sure. They look nice but don't function well. The sink didn't drain well. Toilet weirdly low. Door sticks. Bathroom door won't open/close with bath mat down. Why still a tub? Excellent price, but I would gladly pay more for a nicer room. Breakfast was terrific. Exterior needs a lot of work. Motel. Needs paint and soffit work. Conference and events seem a positive.

Negatives: We stayed for 2 nights and the keycard stopped working after the first night. Insulation was poor Breakfast was barely edible Positives: Room was quite nice compared to other hotels in this price range Although breakfast was bad, dinner was good quality, and, at a very fair price. Waitress was very nice. People at the check-in counter are helpful. Overall, not a bad stay especially for the price. The place seemed a little old, but I imagine it used to be very nice and luxurious.

We stay at a lot of hotels. From the time we got there I was impressed. It seemed very elegant and kind of fancy. The longer you stay the more that wears off. They need to do some maintenance on some of the building, but I definitely feel they try or are working on it. The front part is extra nice because they have a conference center and nice restaurant. We got there about 3 or 4 so was nice just to eat at the restaurant and not have to go anywhere. We are truck drivers so the big parking lot was nice. In case they think they don’t make money from direct bill we also had pet fee and ate at the restaurant so spent quite a bit of money. The room was nice and clean. Like I said we stay at a lot of hotels so this was definitely a great experience. The pool was really the highlight as it’s the largest pool we’ve seen at a hotel, ever. Most of them are small ovals but this was a big L shape with a 10 foot section! It made it so nice because the kids stayed in the shallow side and we had plenty of room to swim. If it wasn’t for the pool we may have not stayed there. Not sure what the deal is with the negative reviews. Maybe people don’t realize how many bad hotels there are out there so we definitely recognize a good one.

Disgusting. Rooms aren’t cleaned properly. Rooms smell like mildew! Hardwood floors never cleaned correctly . Hallways smell like old carpet. Had to ask 3 days in a row for clean towels and bed linens.

Is actually better than what people make it seem to be in the reviews. The beds are very comfortable and the pool is a decent size and it goes up to 10 feet! I am very grateful to Mr.Kevin. I have a child and is difficult to go up the stairs , as soon as I informed Mr.Kevin he accommodated my family and I . So that we didn’t have to go up the stairs with the a stroller since the hotel doesn’t have an elevator. The only issue I had was dead flies in the pool and the cheap breakfast. The breakfast consisted of pre made sausage and cheese in a fridge, yogurt and juices. The juice didn’t taste well either .

The hotel is beautiful, however it's advertised as having laundry so at 6am asked where it was, was told its at the hotel next door we're owned by the same company. Ok so walked over to Hilton and yes it is ok to b use was given an access key and realized I forgot my wallet. I went and got it and b adjective the n surestay front desk for change this b was 9am i was told no then told I could not use b the laundry next door it wasn't allowed. I was treated like a sub par human being the man liked down his nose at me and was so rude, I was at b the tail end b of the flu so I'm sure I liked va but of, then a lady named Donna said the gm said you can't go over there. I WALKED BACK over to Hilton was b given change b and wanted my clothes. I was there for 5 days for business and I will be back several times this year, however I will be staying at the Hilton. THE hotel is nice the staff not so much.

We attended a workshop at this location and were pleased all around. The facility was large enough to accommodate a multi level workshop with many breakout rooms. The hotel amenities were adequate to satisfy most of the attendees, though there was some comments that some "updating" would be nice. They also had on-site dining options that were delicious. Over all, it was a good experience!

Very nice accommodations and close to the casino, which was the purpose of our visit. The exterior looked nice, but the interior and the rooms were very nice. We like this spot and we'll utilize SureStay again the next time we visit the casino!

Tired, dated and not very clean. Horrible mattress, pillows and bedding, 20 year old low res TV, noisy and dingy. Not up to par with the big names. Do yourself a favor, spend a few dollars more and stay elsewhere.

My first impressions was pretty nice. Pool is great up to 10 ft deep. Room was clean staff friendly. Breakfast was awful potatoes taste old and real oily orange juice was so water down you should just drink water. No bacon we will come back just plan to eat breakfast else where.

The service was really friendly and the Continental breakfast exceeded expectations, everything was fresh and tasty. However, the shower temperature kept changing, the room smelled weirdly damp, and the comforter had what looked like mascara stains on them and a few holes on closer inspection. You get what you pay for I guess

Young woman who checked us in was approached by a coworker with a concerns and she rolled her eyes at her twice. Very unprofessional. The room she gave us had 2 beds, one of which was stripped. As housekeeping was in the hallway, we grabbed swim gear and went to pool so they could complete. Returned a couple of hours later, room was same as we left it. Sheets were on dresser so I made bed up myself. When I turned down the made bed, the sheets did not look clean so we passed on it. Building and pool deck were in rough shape. Pool itself was beautiful. Must have recently been aquired by Best Western as their name was not even on the outside of the building.

Since when you have to lift the handle of the room up to get into a room, We had a hard time getting into the room. After I almost fell in the room door once we got it open. The bath tub was dirty looked like someone threw up in the tub! Called front desk for the Wifi code. It did not work. The tv remote did not work - had to go to the tv to turn volume up and change channels. The floor had a trim on the floor that if you got up during the night in the dark you could trip! I will not stay here again!

Stayer here this weekend for a conference I was attending. Only there for two days so they did not provide cleaning service. When I went to the front counter to get new towels and washcloths, I was told by the girl at the front counter I only have towels. If you want washcloths you will have to comeback tomorrow because the cleaning staff is gone for the day. Really? I’m m leaving in the morning. I cat help you. Then I get the towels back to the room and they had stains all over them.

There is a lot of parking here mainly because they also have a conference center so it's def nice for truck drivers like myself. Upon checking in, the front desk was very nice and helpful. Wish there was an elevator though. The hotel is quite large and having to walk so far to my room, about a quarter of a mile, that extra bit with steps and luggage is a bit tough. The rooms are nice! Bed is comfy with an assortment of pillows. I wish there was a small table to put my bag though. There's enough space for it. Or at least a luggage rack. Bathroom is nice. There's 2 sinks, 1 in the bathroom, 1 outside. Nice for when 2 people are staying in the room. The breakfast is delicious as well! And I see they're dog friendly! There were a few pooches with their owners. I'll be back!

Im guessing this was a beautiful place 40 years ago but these days it’s pretty dingy. Rooms were somewhat renovated but walking through the stained red carpet hallways was an experience haha. Door keycard worked maybe 20% of the time even after getting new cards. Not horrible but I would have expected it to be cheaper for what it was. Only booked here to get Best Western rewards. Staff was always friendly and helpful.

Floors were sticky almost like cleaning solution was still all over them. Beds were ok…but the bedding was thin and the pillows, if you can call them that, will definitely give you a kinked neck. They were like Disintegrated cotton. Bathroom door jammed every time you closed it. Had to pull it repeatedly to open. No vents that worked in the bathroom either.Took a hot shower which caused the paint on the walls to bubble and the entire bathroom was soaked. Breakfast is like gas station food. Microwave sandwiches, bagels, muffins, yogurt and cereal lol.The pool was decent and the staff was nice though.

The hotel is incredibly dated and needs major renovations. The carpets in the hallways were filthy and incredibly worn out. There was no elevator. I paid for a renovated room and it had new floors but it still was in need of further updating. I think this was the worst hotel stay I have had in 20 years. The staff was friendly but I would only stay here if you had absolutely no other options.

One of the very few hotels that has an outdoor pool. This pool is exceptional. Very nice, very large, very clean. The king room looks like it was recently renovated. Room was very nice and very clean. If you are a plus-size person, you will not like the bathroom. One of the smallest I have ever seen. However, it was clean with plenty of towels. I had to close the bathroom door because it always smelled of cigarette smoke. On the secon floor, the ice machine near my room was not working and the soda machine was emply. I had no idea that there was a fitness room. The welcome staff could do a better job of explaining the amenities. I would stay here again.

The location is close to Bethlehem. Plenty of parking... The name of the building is a little confusing since it said Lehigh Valley Hotel on the outside but overall, the lobby was nice. The hotel room was spacious and clean. The bathroom could use a bit of love, though. The hallways are a little questionable but everything else was decent. The people checking us in and checking us out were polite and fast. Definitely would stay here again.

Breakfast was empty and no refill and closed an hour early than advertised. Only repeatable sandwiches were available. Bread, bagel even cereal was empty around 8:20

We stayed here for a dog show. We had trouble with loud guests in the AM twice. Screaming, banging doors etc. We switched rooms the next morning. The first room the clock and phone didn't work, but the room was very clean. The second room was much better and bigger. The management took the price off one night from our bill!

A great place to stay if you just need to overnight before an early morning flight. The rooms. Spacious, the ice machine didn't work, but other than that everything was perfect

Soon as you walk in the whole place smells like a moldy gym sick. You get used to it, sort of. Room i had was recently updated. New flooring and furniture looked good, but don't look too closely at the rest of the room. Bathroom door was rotten on the bottom and the hinges were all rusty. The paint job could have been done better by a five year old and the musty smell got worse every time the hvac unit kicked on. A slipshod way of updating a room. Never again.

Was very disappointed. Such cheap pricing for a certain reason….the photos online are very misleading. The moment I got into my room there were dead spiders all inside the curtains the moment I opened them. Furthermore had to keep them close. Then went to the lamps and saw massive spider webs all over the lamps attaching to the walls, very disgusting and automatically knew the staff does not clean anything in these rooms or try to check to clean anything. Also had tiny flys flying everywhere in the room. I opened a banana for 3 seconds and a fly flew into it already. The room was overall just very disgusting. Would not stay here again.

The hotel was redone and looks cheap from the outside but once you step in lobby a feeling it relief comes over you because of the renovations. We checked into a king bed rm and it was nice. However before you settle in check the bed, bathroom and heat /air. The staff is friendly, there is a long walk to your room and there are no elevators. The rooms don’t have carpet so bring your slippers. A few minor things can be improve on. Like cleanliness but overall the staff was ok

Overall terrible experience. Staff were less than helpful. Had to ask for towels multiple times, rooms were dirty. Our room was damp and left our sheets feeling wet the entire two days. Price sheet shows they had roll away beds. We asked multiple times and no one would flat out say no until last minute they said it was a fire hazard even though you could see them in the house keeping areas. Had to bring family to hotel at 4:30 in the morning, our room key had already locked us out to get back into buildings and rooms, check out was 12:00 pm. Do not recommend staying here.
