This is after I went back and asked them to fix it again (3rd attempt). Hard to believe it was worse before. Hands down worst haircut of my life, and I once had a haircut done at literal gunpoint with a flashlight. Now I have to wear a hat for the next few weeks because idk what else can be done with this "medium skin fade and take the top down by half please".

I had a terrible experience at this place with Lauren. Right from the get go she had this unfriendly demeanor. I made it clear that I wanted a skin fade on the sides and 1.5 inches taken off on the top. She made it look like I had trouble communicating what I wanted. I am not a native speaker but I haven't had trouble conveying my message to people. When I asked her to bring the skin fade all the way up she was not happy and was very rude while she was doing it. After washing my hair, she didn't even try to pat it dry. I couldn't do it myself cause she rushed me through the massage and the check out. I walked out of the store with a very wet scalp. I am a regular at SportsClips and love the MVP experience but Lauren's behavior was awful. I felt bullied throughout this ordeal and there were times when I wanted to ask her to stop and let me pay and leave.

The staff was absolutely rude when we arrived at 6:15 to get haircuts there was 2 stylist working. 1 person was almost finished and there was one person waiting. We signed in and waited only to hear the stylist talking about how they close at 7 and the stylist who finished her cut at 6:20 saying and I quote” nope I ain’t cutting no hair till 7 I’m done at 6:45” this was completely unprofessional as we were there well before the closing time for me to get my two kids haircuts for school pictures. I would recommend not going here if this is the type of rude customer service they offer. You get off work at 7 pm and work in a customer service field and this ain’t how how you treat the customer.

This place was horrible. Nobody here wants to work. I offered to get them some customers as a joke because when I walk in they were lounging around with not one patron and they said they were just fine doing nothing. I got my haircut and was not offered any of the services Sports Clips is supposed to be known for. At least according to the commercials. As a senior I was overcharged by more than $10.00 but still left a $5.00 tip. I will not be going back and don't recommend this place.

They don’t know how to cut blk ppl hair my son with corse hair asked for a mow hawk and we had to go to another bathe same day money wasted but the customer Serbia is so great They just need some one In there that can cut any type of hair
