Large selection of rental bikes, all very modern and well maintained! The employees were very nice, we were able to spontaneously rent two eBikes for a tour. There was a lock, repair kit and breakdown spray free of charge, which we unfortunately had to use. The trip was still nice and the flat tire was not charged extra - very customer friendly. We'll come back on our next vacation! 💪

Top! Top! Top! I had a flat tire on my mountain bike. I went to the shop and asked if they could fix it and they immediately said yes, it would be ready in an hour. And that was during ongoing operations on a Saturday morning. The next surprise comes when you pay. Only €25. At this point, thank you again, you saved my weekend.

We rented 8 e-mountain bikes for one day. All e-bikes were booked and paid for online in advance. Handover was easy and nice. All ebikes were 100% charged and looked great. There was a puncture kit and replacement hose, as well as tools. We had a chain break after about 7km, unfortunately there was no chain repair link included in the set, but we were still able to repair the chain using the tools and parts of the old chain. On the way back to the rental station we had a flat tire. The hose was there. On site, Bernd quickly replaced the chain and inspected the repaired tire. We then started again and the rest of the tour around the Wurmberg went without any problems. After our tour, the rental fee for an e-bike was refunded a few days later! Accommodating, well organized and very nice employees. We were thrilled!

Booked and paid for 4 e-mountain bikes online. Handover is quick and problem-free. The bikes are in great condition. Price performance absolutely okay. Only the opening times could be extended a little, especially on weekends. The return by 5 p.m. limited us a bit when it came to the route, as you always have a bit of time on your hands. A return by 7 p.m. would be more relaxed. Otherwise everything is OK. :)

Service is good, online booking of bikes and fairly quickly delivered in the morning. NB. it is not possible to get SPD pedals on, even if I offer to do it myself, they simply don't have pedals, so remember to bring both pedals and shoes. NB. Remember to check that the fork and damper are set up correctly and that they work. I got a bike where the dampers hadn't seen oil for a while, at the same time the fork rebound was set so slow that it was almost impossible to handle a bit of rock on a descent. Unfortunately, I discovered that too late to be able to do anything about it. Delivery is easy and I hope they check the bike now.

We went to this shop this morning because of a breakdown in the gear cage and the upper and lower rollers. The fitter/salesman/bike rental company said no problem. Great, we thought. After 45 minutes the entire rear derailleur was changed and we lost €80. My 2 star rating is because the store is open on Sunday. During installation, the H and L screws on the rear derailleur were not adjusted, so the chain came off 4 times when shifting. To call something like that good work defies description and is, in my opinion, negligent. Conclusion: quick work but poor quality!

We wanted to find out more and see in advance which e-bikes are available for rent. However, it didn't come to that. The only true statement is that you can book online!

Bicycles were serviced disastrously, we rented the highest quality bikes on site and had to abandon our route. The chain on the eBike broke in the middle of the forest on the mountains 15km away. It was made clear to us over the phone that we were on our own as the rental company didn't have a vehicle to pick us up. For the prices, not recommended at all.
