Mid-level luxury apartments with well-maintained beautiful outdoor environment. Security is good and they take their job seriously. When you’re renting an apartment here, be aware of an owner named Duminda Perera. He doesn’t payback your deposit and consider his time more worthy than yours. I had to wait for 3 hours with my moving service people to get the furniture out of the apartment because of his mistakes and he didn’t even try to fix it. Also, you won’t get any Uber or PickMe food delivery and the taxis from those services are also hard to find. Other than that, I found this place to be a quiet and peaceful place. Garbage handling is also done well by the management.
