They REMOVED the cash register from the lower height ADA counter! How on earth do these companies think it’s ok to just flagrantly disregard the ADA laws?? Like seriously?? Those of us that use wheelchairs to get around RELY on the codes and laws being followed to go about our day! This is an unnecessary issue and a slap in the face.

This is my FIRST time coming to THIS location of Five Guys.....and without a doubt is MY LAST!!!! Upon entry into this establishment, I chose to immediately head for the bathroom to pee and wash my hands. Within SECONDS of my sitting to pee....... someone was FRANTICALLY POUNDING ON THE BATHROOM DOOR.... FRANTICALLY TWISTING THE HANDLE BACK AND FORTH WHILE YELLING INAUDIBLE WORDS TO ME as I'm trying to pee.... while all of this is happening.... simultaneously there's a virtual LIVE Beastie Boys Concert happening right there in the bathroom with me....... the broadcast coming from the bathroom speaker mounted just above my head is BLAZINGLY LOUD......and while I too love the Beastie Boys maybe even more than the next generation....it doesn't change the fact that their productions aren't created with casual chit-chat between elevator listeners in mind. They create HUGE LOUD PRODUCTIONS with vivid messages for their captive audiences....so as a result I was unable to decipher the frantic message conveyed to me thru the bathroom door. Upon my exit from the bathroom, there was no one in the immediate area but there was someone nearby in the dining room. I approached her and politely asked her to repeat the message she had for me. She put her face about 6 inches from mine and said...."I said...the bathroom is for customers only"....to which I replied...."and what makes you think I'm not a customer here to buy something?"....to which she replied....."because I've seen you in here before".....to which I replied....."no you haven't... because I've NEVER been here before".....to which she replied...."if I haven't,.. then I'm sorry".....to which I replied...."you need to be because that was unbelievably rude!!!". I have never in my entire life been so harassed and embarrassed while trying to pee in a public restroom inside a hamburger joint!! Never once has a McDonald's employee ever asked me to leave under the assumption that I wasn't there to buy something.....in fact.....if there's a lock on their bathroom doors....THEY STOP WHAT THEY'RE DOING AND UNLOCK IT FOR ME!!!! Never once has a McDonald's employee ever turned to me and asked, before entering the lock combination, if I'm there to buy something or not!!! As it turns out....the person behind the frantic message for me was the manager. Her name is Angie. If I may make a small suggestion towards the continued business success of Five Guys at this location......give Angie a return ticket to manager bootcamp as it's obvious she's forgotten most everything taught from her first go round. What's shining through so brightly right now is her inability to wrangle her baseless senseless thoughts from manifesting into really bad decisions creating unnecessary drama right out of thin air. Emotional immaturity added to inferior decision making mixed with reckless presumptuous profiling is a recipe for business disaster!! I'll never come back here due to the statistical probability of encountering 1 or more or all the same individuals present to witness my initial encounter with such humiliating harassment. Personally I see no need to relive the fish-in-a-fish-bowl moment as it's so easily avoidable😎. If you're not into being profiled... do yourself a favor... choose a different location! What a horrible experience!!

Ordered my food at 9:24 pm. Received the food 18 minutes later. One order in front of us. One order after us. Both were served prior to us receiving our food. There was only 3 burgers that we ordered, with a fry. Food was good once it was served.

This is not the Five Guys we are used to, cold hamburgers, not fresh fries, skimpy on the fries, usually they fill the fri cup and toss rest in bag, nope, barley filled the cup AND the weren’t fresh! Usually they wait until last minute to throw fries in so they are SUPER hot! Dining in and stale fries and barley warm burger! VERY DISAPPOINTING! Will we go again.. NOPE! Dairy Queen is better and that’s not saying much! So bad!

Their food is good but the manager was extremely rude to us on the phone. We got home and had realized one of the burgers were made wrong, called in to ask if we could have it remade and come back and the manager argued that it was our mistake and we said it wrong to the workers. All we wanted was a remake and we got attitude back.

I’m a burger fanatic and the burgers are great, but the service is the worst Iv seen in my entire life. Iv tried this five guys three times, twice was a call in showing it’s ready for pickup and I waited 45 minutes all three times not even kidding... Third time I threw the food away because they messed up and forgot about my order, how is this possible all three times i am busy and don’t have time to wait an hour. I will not be returning ever again.

My local Five Guys! If we talk about natiowide burger chains, Five Guys is probably the best. Great hamburgers, always kind service and the best fries you will find in a big chain.

Clean and great service. Nice people at the restaurant and quick food delivery. Everything just as we asked for. The peanuts are not as readily available as they had once been belittling sounds like it’s a protection for peanut allergies. Although fries are 100% fries in peanut oil. Burgers were great and so were the fries. Located in the Fred Meyer parking lot off 172 and Sunnyside Rd. Good parking but very busy at the lunch hour with several other lunch places in the same strip mall.

We placed an order here by mistake and called 9 times to have it canceled. All our calls were ignored. I hen drove 30 minutes out of my way getting the order we couldn't cancel to arrive at an empty establishment and be told they must have been away from the phone. This place is run by teens, try something else nearby rather than wasting time here, as I had to.

Overall it was a friendly, attentive staff, with the food being presented in loose packaging and packed into one bag with the french fries scattered throughout the bag. To be more specific, I ordered 2 milkshakes which were both flavorless and very thin. Also, they did not look appetizing and 5 minutes after recieving the flavorless milk shakes, I tasted it and was dissapointed with it lack of flavor and overall presentation. I ordered the grilled cheese sandwich with tomatoes and pickles, this item was also dissapointing as the cheese had not been melted and it was cold but the tomatoes and pickles looked fresh and of high quality. I ordered the large fries which had a ton of seasoning, they were room temperature and were just tossed in the bag with only a handful in a paper cup at the bottom of the bag. I ordered 2 cheeseburgers 1 with Bacon and 1 without. The one with bacon was cooked appropriatly and had high quality fresh sliced jalapano in it which tasted grilled (delicious). The burger without bacon tasted overcooked on both patties, but the vegetables tasted fresh and were of high quality. In the end, most burgers were eaten except for a bit of the patty of the one without bacon (I was hungry.) The fries ended up being half eaten because again, I was hungry and so was my partner but the seasoning was too much. One Milkshake was consumed and the other was thrown out after suffering through a few gulps. Unfortunatly, even though the staff was friendly and attentive, I will not be going back to any Five Guys because this experiance has made me sour upon the food.

This is my 2nd ever visit to a Five Guys. The first was several years ago and I wasn't impresses. But mainly because there was a local burger place that was amazing and we compared all others to them. Unfairly now that I realize that. So stopped today and ordered a double patty bacon cheeseburger with tomato and pickles. And a small order of fries. Fries are fantastic. Cooked perfectly and salted just right. The burger was very good as well. Not sure it is a good value but still tasted good. $3 for a fountain drink seems ridiculous. All in all though, I am happy with my lunch And to all that reviews below with talk of horrible service, that was not the case for me.

This is my neighborhood Five Guys. The staff is Outstanding, they are friendly and always happy to see me, the dinning area is always spotless, the bathrooms are clean. And the peanuts are great. These guys make the quintessential classic American burger nothing beats it hands down. Kudos to the staff they are killing it. I couldn't be happier that these folks are in my neighborhood.

Gave me 2 handful fry dor 5 dollor. Other location i couldint even ginish the fry for 5 dollor.

It's a classic Five Guys but the service here is great. Place is always very clean and the people working behind the counter are a pleasure (Jacksen took my order today and was an extremely pleasant person)! Have come here many times on my lunches, and will likely continue to do so.

Got the pleasure of meeting the GM there, great guy. He has a passion for great food and outstanding service. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, even when we came in 30min before close.(sorry) can’t wait to come back!
