Very clean and clear and parking space is good but staf is very rudely because I'm visiting two weeks ago with my driver for mitting so I was mitting with my near dear in mitting areas and my driver was sitt out side dining area and one tea order my driver so water saying one tae order only and please more order and my driver is very guilty feel but not tell me in shreeratnam other wise I'm strictly action on time so I'm not happy after case

Google for pure veg restaurants to find this one. Good South Indian Thali, if really don't want to fuss over what to eat. Good rice, good puri. Dosas are nice too. Good soup, we took sweet veg corn soup. Nice interiors & ambience, similar to restaurants of metro cities

I have tried dosas in many shriratnam outlet, this one is worst. Staff does not know how to take order. They will serve something else in name of a particular dish. I returned order thrice coz it was not what I ordered. You have to wait for long time for food here. Also manager is not at all good here. Try shri Ratnam in dlf if u want to have good food with hospitality

Uncultured staff...pathetic experience. Once should never visit this place they don't deserve a single customer. ShreeRathnam chain must give proper training to the staff they appoint. Inappropriate behaviour is totally unacceptable. I wish I could have given negative rating they don't deserve single star either.

Food is not up to the mark and the price are unnecessarily high, the minimum price of a tea starting from 65 you can imagine the others. Taste, Quality of food are not as per price... Just a fake show off of everything.

I think the best restaurants in hapur city. It is mainly for south indian lovers. But i found a drawback their. Their is only a single washroom which ia for both male n female.
