Literally the worst dairy queen in existence. Payed $8 for the royal ultimate with fudge filling. The worker just dumped a little dot of fudge on top of the blizzard and threw it at me. It was early and I was their only customer

These folks get it done. Great for those new-fangled yet ol-skool ice cream cakes. I didn't even know they had different flavors. But they do! Whol lotta cakes in that freezer. Plenty of good choice. And they'll decorate for you, too.

I got an Oreo blizzard. Prices have gone up. Good quality blizzard otherwise. Service was fast but the worker was apathetic. The establishment appeared clean and up to standards 👍

Honestly I would’ve given it a zero rating if I could but that wasn’t an option. I ordered a burger that after getting it I found out they didn’t have the ingredients for because I tried it and it was missing the flavor. It happened to be the main thing making it special. I mean who sells an A1 burger without having A1! When I took it back and asked they said they didn’t have it so I asked for something else since it was the main ingredient to the specialty burger and they took my food back fries and all and gave me what I ordered in the place of the A1 burger and it happened to be over $4 cheaper. They refused to refund the money and said they would give me a blizzard instead but that’s all they will do. I asked for something like a coupon or card to get the blizzard at a different time since I’ve been sick recently and didn’t want anything milk based but I had to get it today or never because they don’t do that! Also, I don’t normally complain much less on the internet but the pretzels my son ordered were so saturated with grease that they were mush!!! I would definitely not recommend this place for their food but especially for the lack of customer service! FYI….The automatic response of I hope you give us another try blah blah doesn’t cut it for me! I ran a restaurant so I know it doesn’t have to be like that and should be corrected!

Had to wait for them take order she she took phone call before waiting on front counter. Food was good except for cold frys

Occasionally we stop to get a ice cream cone. The ice cream is melting as they hand it to us. It’s so soft if you lick it to much the ice cream will fall off in your lap. (This is the third time we’ve try the drive through) So, we try going in to have our ice cream. It’s not melting and it’s firm. Actually it even tastes better! Are the cones we ordered in the drive through sitting on the counter too long before being handed to us? I don’t care for this very soft ice cream. I don’t know think it’s the weather because we have visited the drive through in cooler weather and it’s the same.

Food was good 👍 we just picked up from the drive through. They didn't give us our sauce for the chicken strip basket and said they were out of marinara but the food was good.

Went for quick snacks after a long trip, our order was fresh, hot and quick! We love DQ!

I drive a truck coast to coast.... I hit a lot of DQ's as every fat boy does. This is the worst DQ in three states, and the staff is rude beyond belief; my banana split was in a melted puddle when they handed it to me... F----- service

The food was fine but kinda expensive for what you get. The bad part was the blizzards were just soft-serve with some candy sprinkled on top absolutely none mixed in so that was disappointing. Not huge issues I was just expecting more for the money.
