    Worst check in experience .. we arrived late at night and stood almost for more than an hour but no one opened the gate even after them calling and confirming by what time we will be arriving ..worst service as well

    fraud ! i had a exam next day so booked he hotel via goibobo but was denied checkin citing no rooms available. If there are no rooms available then why took payment online and showed vacancy. Very disappointed The receptionist talked rudely . Will Never recommend this hotel to anyone to say in hardoi.

😐 Rooms were nice and spacious, bathrooms were very clean, the AC and fan were working fine. However we find problem with TV tht was not showing proper channels, but the staffs were good and they solved our problem... Room service was very good.. we would like to stay here in our next visit too
