Honestly I’ve expected a better experience coming here. We made it 10 minutes prior our rendezvous and waited in the waiting room. The hostess came late and was so rude. The girls were very talented and knew how to relax every single muscle. They were very professional until three masseuses took turn to complete my partner’s massage. They kept opening the door disturbing our “moment of peace”. To top it all, the massage only lasted 45 minutes while we paid for 1 hour.

My wife and I booked for the 70 minutes Royal package and we only got 30 minutes of real massage. 15 minutes were wasted to prepare stones and towels. The ladies were talking together from time to time which is not relaxing. The sauna wasn't functional. The massage lady was unprofessional, besides being rude with her comments while I was giving my feedback to the receptionist. Based on the low reviews previously posted, it seems that the lack of honesty when it comes to the time booked for the massage sessions is not something random, to say the least. Not recommended.

Decided to visit and give it a try so i booked a couple massage for 90 mins. The reception was very welcoming and the music is so relaxing indeed, could work more on other senses as well. The Workers are extremely polite and professional. They will surely give you a great earned relaxation. One thing i should mention is that they can work more on the setup and decoration in the rooms to enhance the experience even better. Bottom line, HIGHLY recommended if you wanna get the best of it.

I recently tried the Customized facial treatment. The facial expert Lea was very professional, she diagnosed my skin type and explained to me what treatment is beneficial to my skin, she even combined several techniques for a better result. The experience was very relaxing, and I am extremely satisfied with the result. Prices are also very reasonable, as the products are of very good quality. Will definitely go back.

Booked for the royal package, they told me it will take 1h 30 mins but it finished in less time including sauna and jacuzzi, wasnt a nice expierence specially during the massage, the 2 filipino ladies were talking in tagalo with each other and we couldnt relax !

The prices are fair ($36) 60 mins per person. I wasn't asked how I'd like my message (hard/soft) and were soft while i needed deep tissue. I asked for harder but she did it for another 5 mins hard and back to soft. Besides that, her nails were poking me. They don't repect privacy. Would walk in on you without even knocking. While leaving, they didnt even care for a feedback. Not even a good bye!

It was absolutely not relaxing. We booked a 90-minute session. Our appointment was at 6:00 PM, but they didn't start until 6:12 PM. Then they performed the massage, but after a while, they wanted to use hot stones, which took them 10 minutes to fetch. After that, they brought the hot towel at 7:09 PM, leaving the room to get it and returning at 7:19 PM. The masseuse was also very stressed. A massage is supposed to be relaxing, but she stressed me out with her hurried manner. So, we lost a total of 32 minutes. That's not fair!
