Very Unprofessional, I booked an appointment 2 days earlier at 9:00 am And did go 5 min earlier, even though there was more than 3 staff there, and we told her multiple times we have work we can’t be late, she made us wait so she can treat her friends before us, when we said we can’t wait more, she was clearly not that interested into fixing it, Very Unprofessional, definitely last time, Congratulations you just lost 2 Clients.

I have attended 3 times for all kind of services, specially gelish. Its a modern, clean, a/c, new and private space in a condo building. The staff is super friendly and professional. Their prices are great. I highly recomend it, specially being a foreigner since they speak english and have high standard and protocolos similar to America.

Worst experience. I took an appointment over whatsaap politely asking them if i could do my nails and mustache. I asked for a simple design for christmas. They told me that it's doable. I arrived, the nail tech was so mean, she was working like she didn't want to, she told me that she cannot do a design even though it's totally doable. She did my nails in such a hurry, a 5 yr old could do it better. Do not go there. 7$ for nothing. I went back home and did a design on my own.

One of the best professional places. The service is great the staff are friendly and the products are the best on the market! Laser services and hair are great as well with no pain with the laser at all! I've been a regular for 2 years and I'm never changing back!

The design on the spa is relaxing and peaceful The whole experience was wonderful, no better place to get pampered and get some Me-time. ANDDDD most importantly, the hygiene level is to the Max. Everything is wrapped and sanitized, and opened right in front of you before use. I highly recommend it 👌

I called multiple time to take an appointment on the spot, they didn’t gave me one. They mentioned that their timing system is firm. I liked this fact this shows that they are professional. Next time, I booked two days in advance and arriving on time, I was made to wait for 15 minutes without any attention from the staff. When I raised my concerns about being late for other appointments, they showed no interest in resolving the issue. Unprofessional, I would not recommend this service to anyone.
