The ladies today were so friendly. Our subs were delicious and made quickly.

The two girls working tonight were quick, friendly and efficient. Also helpful with the coupons! They were busy with a line and online orders, running out of things up front and helping each other along the way. We were going to go to the Walmart location but it was closed...at 7:12. 4 subs all made with care and are delicious! Thank you ladies!

My significant other, my son and I all got take out from subway. My son's sub was just as he likes it. The other two weren't toasted like asked. It was easy enough to go home and put it in the oven. Other then that everything was fine.

Ordered footlong breakfast sub there couple weeks ago everything was great, the last few times I've been there a new worker has been skimming me on the eggs only putting 2 eggs on footlong when ever subway I've been 2 puts 4 , trying to explain it too her she still don't get it so I walked out weht to subway in Walmart to get it with no problems

Walked in when there was only 1 other customer and was ignored. Then the got to me and i asked them about there meals to which i had to repeat myself several times before getting an answer. Then i had to wait while they did a cash drop right in the middle of my order even though i was paying card. They barely wrapped the sandwich before throwing it in the bag. It actually looked liked a used diaper in a bag. Never going back.

I wanted to get a chicken and turkey sandwich and the person forgot the turkey and I asked can you put some turkey on it and she said it will be an extra $10 like that is way too much for some turkey. I also got a large cup and if I went somewhere else it would be $1 but for some reason it was $3 for a large cup which is outrageous and uncivilized just for $3 cup! If you really like to scam and have the worst customer service then do that but I won’t come back if it happens again especially that specific subway. Make reasonable prices. CHEATERS

No whole wheat available. No veggie patties available. Added too much salt. Didn't get my order right (asked for drink and cookies, and was ignored).

Unbelievably great service. They also helped to save my wedding day reception. Something went out of whack with my catering order on the app. These ladies communicated very quickly to solve the problem. Then proceeded to work their butts off to get it done in a timely matter (all at a start of a lunch rush). The district manager was involved with politeness. The workers Nia and I wish I knew the other lady's name, just fantastic ppl. I will be ever so grateful for these 3 ppl. I went through this location to begin with because I always get great service, in a timely matter. This management and crew care. The best!!!!!

The girl working the counter was very friendly, patient and attentive. I was with an elderly gentleman whom was having trouble keeping his sandwiches in order for which was to get what toppings but she handled it like a pro.

Very little dine in space. Friendly staff and orders are usually correct when placing online orders. Still one of the more affordable options for work lunches

New kid made my sub. He was awesome, gonna be a great asset. 🥰

The reason for my ratings are because I went to a privately owned franchise and they charged me double for the same sandwich I bought from a corporate store. Almost $14 for a cold cut combo at the Cadillac location and $8 at the Portland Michigan location. How can that be? I don't think I will be buying Subway at the Cadillac locations anytime soon because they are a rip off. You can't charge double at one Subway compared to another.

45min wait because the people working had to chat and goof around. They make one sub at a time no exception
