    idk what was going on when i bought coffee the other day cause i pulled up and there was not a drive thru line all the way to canes like usual and there were a lot of empty parking spots. Needless to say business was slow. I placed my order on the app. Walked inside and my order was already sitting there. Employees were busy talking to customers which is fine.. so i just grabbed it then had to walk around the store looking for the correct size straw for a venti drink.. got a couple miles up the rd and realized my order was totally wrong. None of the extra add ins that i paid for were added to the drink. Clearly you can see no mocha drizzle around cup. There was no espresso or toffee syrup either. So how is it that my order was completely incorrect and it was so slow and employees were just standing around talking. Usually this is my go to starbucks location and i dont have any issues but now its an issue when i pay money and instead of getting what i paid for my money is just taken

    Wait time is insane. Do not stop here unless you have 30 mins to wait. Drinks are ok, they are probably too busy to make them with care. It’s my least favorite Starbucks but it’s on my route to work 🙄

    Why doesn’t anyone ever answer the phone!? My drinks I ordered for me and a few coworkers were horrible!!!!! They tasted like dirty water smh

    Kudos to the hard workers at this Starbucks. But walking in and waiting 45mins for nothing more than a small, plain black coffee doesn’t seem like management has got enough people or the process down correctly.

    Ordered a caramel macchiato with cold foam on the app and did not receive any cold foam. I was in a rush so couldn’t say anything but cold foam was very obviously on the order so.

    Hands down the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. I live just down the street and will drive across town to another Starbucks to avoid this one. You will easily spend 20-25 mins in the drive thru line. Staff is friendly. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or what the issue is, but something needs to change.

    Completely dissappointed. Lobby is closed on a Saturday with a tiny little sign on the door. Couldn't even see it til we went thru the rain and found the door locked! There are 4 people inside working the drive thru. Completely ridiculous!

    Hayden is such a sweet worker! I made a Starbucks account to get 50% a cold drinks. Apparently you need to have the account for a certain amount of time to use the discount but Hayden gave me the discount anyway :) Workers also handled the busy environment very well and treated everyone kindly

    This is a very small Starbucks. Do not go here if you are with a group. Hot white chocolate mocha was delicious. One of the better ones that I've had!

    Terrible customer service. Ordered a hot coffee and waited 45 minutes, and never got it. When I asked where it was they told me it will be a bit longer ended up asking for a refund. I watched not exaggerating 33 cars go through the drive through. While I waited for a single hot coffee. I’ve been to restaurants during rush hour and gotten full meals quicker. I’ll never go back to this location.

    I go by my middle name David, because it's easy to spell. I go to most of the branches starting from Clear Creek, to Harker Heights and in between. Yes sometimes the services are mid, coffee is lacking, other times I'm met with beautiful smiles and great starts to my morning. Thank you for getting my mornings started every day and providing great conversations, Especially "Sam" the current NVP of this location. Sorry Sam for not being able to properly say goodbye even though I said I would, every time I came back you were off shift. But you got my info anyway, and good luck with your future in real estate.

    Over an hour wasted. Went through the drive thru, the started pulling people into spaces after taking their money. I continued to wait, walked inside and asked about my one coffee (simple order) just to be added to the list to wait. Never received the coffee. It's a weekday between 8 and 10. Not sure what the issue other than poorly managing the situation could be.

    put in an online order, asked for food to be warmed…it’s cold not warmed at all. Venti Drink wasn’t even full in the cup and had a lot of ice, should have ordered a grande for what the drink might have been equal or lesser than. really not worth the price at this location if they can’t even make the right amount and try to fill it with ice instead.
