My lash tech (Selena) was sweet and gentle with application. However the lashes are very stiff and fake looking. I asked for natural and but got way too much volume. It just didn’t look good with my eyes. Some of the lashes applied weren’t even curled and sticking straight up.. the stiff lashes felt like it was scratching my eye. For about $200 I would expect better.
