Only giving this damn complex 1 star because a star is required. This place it just horrible. Manager has horrible attitude and refuses to fix issues, on top of that denies ever getting calls or messages about issues. Maintenance and management are hardly ever on the premises and nearly impossible to get ahold of.... the apartment that I was in has mold growing in it and has yet to be taken care of... worst place to live...

Air conditioners do not work properly, causing severe spike in electric bill. My one bedroom doubled. This is 10 pm !

Its going on 4 months and I have not received my deposit of $300! She gives me the run around and has told me multiple times it was sent out. If that were true i would have received it by now. I moved out 09/28/2017 and its 12/21/2017 and i have yet to receive my deposit or a tracking # or even a courtesy phone call. Im very disappointed!!!

Horrible place. They say new management but they aren't doing anything different. They make promises that things will get fixed and they never do. They are disorganized and the manager is never available. Do yourself a favor and DON'T move into these apartments!

So far this apartment complex & management have been the only ones willing to help us find an affordable nice place to call home. Claire has been such a great help. 💚

The La Feria location is very nice and very affordable. They are pretty new and the inside of my apartment was well taken care of. The property manager was also very attentive and friendly. I would recommend this location if you’re looking for something quiet and well maintained.

I'll admit, at first management sucked and so did maintenance, but ever sense Josie (Manager) and the 2 new maintenance guys came in the process of getting stuff repaired on point is 100. But I will admit, some people will complain and beg a differ but those who do are behind or find any excuse to hold rent for not repairing. All in all it's quiet, no break ins, everyone keeps to themselves, and we hope to see the pool running this year again.

The landlord has her hand full but they get things done right here . Updated features and great maintenance crew.
