I have been coming to this clinic to get my annual eye exams for the past three years or so. My experiences have been excellent! They have treated my eye health with care and have assisted me through my doubts. This clinic has top notch doctor and staff! Dr. Rivera is caring, very knowledgable, and respectful. The staff are professional, friendly, and attentive. I will continue to come to this clinic--Highly recommend :)!

My daughter had a good experience except for the girl at the front desk. She wasn't welcoming or smiling or friendly or helpful and didn't have any answers to my questions and seemed as if she didn't want to be there and was burnt out. Customer Service is what makes or breaks a business and since this girl doesn't have the skills to do that job she needs to be replaced ASAP if the owner wants his business to thrive. The doctor was very nice and thorough. If it wasn't for the girl at the front desk I would've given a 5 star

The office staff very friendly, doc was very nice and knowledgeable. Was given my prescription and I went need door to the optical. But, the I had a question and went back to see if I could speak to the doctor. As I was talking to the young lady up front another staff member rudely interrupt and then introduced herself as the office manager. I then directed my question to her. Which she could not answer. She went to the back to talk to the doctor and I never saw her or the doctor come out again. So I have very mixed feelings about my visit. As a practicing PH you should always want to take question and make your patients feel as comfortable as possible. The office manager needs to learn how to address people and not interrupt in the middle of a conversation.

Very kind front desk staff. Wait was brief. Doctor was very kind, professional, thorough, and well versed in her art. My time here was brief but wonderful. I’m happy to have established my care here.

I had a pleasant experience here for my eye exam. The receptionist seemed very busy taking calls and different clients at the same time, but was very nice and attentive. Staff there are so sweet and making sure I was there in and out with all that I needed. I hope to come back next year for my annual exam!

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The doctor was very nice. And they do walk-ins that’s something that the other clinics around Harlingen didn’t do.

Very polite and courteous staff. Dr. Barajas takes time to talk to you and explain what she sees going on with your eyes. Very friendly and doesn't rush through the exam.

I went in as a walk-in and was lucky enough to be seen right away. It was a fantastic experience. The entire staff was incredibly friendly and I was in and out within 30 minutes. A+ Service all around 👌
