Nice doughnuts. The coffee and hot chocolate was delicious. The Tim Bits were ok... A bit of hit and miss with the flavours. Mostly cinnamon. The atmosphere was relaxing. The store does have a bit of Canadian log cabin kinda feel. They do have burgers available as well. They service was quick. Similar ordering system to other fast food chains. They have toilets at the back.

The place was pretty dead when I went there in the morning. I got a chicken sandwich and a double chilli nacho burger. They got the order wrong but brought me out the right chicken burger without charging me. The quality of the burger was not amazing and the chicken sandwich was likewise. The sour cherry and apple slushy was good but the lattice fries were a bit underdone and there wasn't many of them. This place is known for its coffee and pastries in Canada not its burgers and chicken sandwiches and I suppose this is why......

The food was hot & fresh, the place is spacious and clean. The food came out quickly. You self order so it’s a quick process all around. Will defo come again! Amazing atmosphere

We visited here today for a quick coffee hot chocolate and some lattice fries for my little one. Food was great and the customer service was the best I have ever experienced in my life! So friendly, happy and came over to my little one and was making him laugh so much and chatting away to him!! The staff here are the best and all should be acknowledged for superb customer service!!

My partner and I visited this branch of Tim Hortons this evening and we were served by Arun. He was friendly and kind, brilliant customer service. Thank you so much! The doughnuts were delicious, we travelled far to get these so it was nice to be greeted with a friendly person.

A great taste of Canada right here in England! Donuts are fantastic and the staff are as friendly as those in Canada! Come along, grab some donuts and order your coffee with a double-double!

I have known about this place for a while, but this was my 1st opportunity to go. The coffee was good. I also tried one of their burgers, lattice fries, and chicken bites, all very good.
